False Trips & No refund
I booked and paid for a trip which was not planned to proceed. The only reason I found out was because I reached out to check myself and they refunded my money.
I then booked another trip where the driver FORGOT TO COLLECT THE GROUP. The team were really slow in responding. I ended up getting a partial refund. I chased for the remaining amount for over 3 months now and I keep getting ignored.
Would avoid using this service.

The hospitality
The hospitality, the treatment and the service were top notch. They provided with great packages and activities planned in a very smart way so that we don’t get tired. Besides, the took care of our activities outside of the package by recommending us amazing places. Denis and Adil were a great host. Thank you again for your service.

Amazing and excellent service, this is the best place in all of alanya to book activities and the staff are very friendly and know the city very well. I highly recommend visiting this place for all booking tours.

I used their transfer service from Antalya to Alanya . My flight was very late and the driver still wait for me while it was past midnight, which was so kind and responsible - thank you so much again for this excellent service

Good organized but boring
The organization was good and guides nice. But the tour was very boring. We were driving in a line with no space to drive in your own speed and go fast. After a break we drove through a „parcour” and again all in a row. Additionally the guides made us wet (really wet) and threw dirt on us what was quit unnecessary.
