TRIP TO WORLD LTD
TRIP TO WORLD was used by TRAVELLEY as a "Third Party" provider. I was asked to pay credit card via a paypal transfer £2500 in early SEPT. This was payment for Hotels and Internal flights in Malaysia. I never received a final receipt from TRIP TO WORLD, ATOL certificate or Booking confirmations. Despite numourous attempts to establish bookings none were ever provided by TRAVELLEY or TRIP TO WORLD. On arrival at GATWICK found airline tickets for Qatar Airlines cancelled. I had already established that 1x Hotel was booked and paid for on account only. 1x Hotel never booked and 1x Hotel booked and cancelled three times by three different parties. Never established if internal flights were ever booked.
When contacted TRIP TO WORLD stated all bookings were provided to TRAVELLEY, WHO SAID THEY HAD BEEN CANCELLED!
UPDATE (1): After involving PAYPAL and raising a dispute within 2 Hours TRIP TO WORLD had emailed me to say they have effectively been "used" by TRAVELLEY and had incurred substantial losses.
Credit to TRIP TO WORLD within 48 hours the money I paid to them was back in my Wife's Bank account Thank you. I would say TRAVELLEY are at fault, unfortunately TRIP TO WORLD has had to deal with the fall out.
