Its a really bad experience wehn you have to find out middle in the way through your reservation, that there is a stupid "Service Pauschale" charge for using Mastercard.
You should learn form top websites and instead of charging it first, putting the service pasuchale form the start and then surprisin the customer with an even cheaper ticket (hello???) ... so old fashioned.

Poor service
Booked a roundtrip flight Berlin-Krakow. Return flight was cancelled, and no refund from Tripsta. Got home safe by taxi from Krakow to Berlin(600kms).

I could not put my whole name, because the site does not accept spaces.
I had to pay a fee of nearly 50€ to pay with my card.

Tripsta.de: The experience is not so good
I was forwardded to this site due to the price from momondo. I filled in the details in 2 min and just before I was paying it, I was told that the price increase by 150€ and the old price is not available. So, I had to use momondo again and this happened at least two times. On the 21st time, I got the price that was promised on momondo. This experience is hell and I don't suggets this site to anyone but I have to tell you I still booked my ticket here as it was the cheapest and therefore, I give 2 stars. Else only 1 star

Utter lack of interest in correcting a booking system error
This is one of my very, very few blazingly negative reviews. I try to support businesses, but this is not possible to do here.
I honestly do not have the time or patience to argue with a company whose response to a booking system error is "Meh. So what should WE do about it?".
In short, I fly a lot. I book a lot. I do not make flight time or date errors - in this instance, I was offered a choice of two flights from LCY back to FRA. One departs 07:50 on the 25th of May, and the other departs 12:25 on the 25th of May. I selected the 12:25 flight as that was the practical time for me.
I checked my itinerary at every step up to and including the payment step. The selected flight was still 12:25. AFTER my payment details had been accepted, and the return flight booked, the confirmed itineray which came back now reflected the 07:50 departure time.
This all happened at around 6pm CET on the 20th of May. I tried all through Saturday to reach tripsta.de on the customer service number. After three waits of 25 minutes each, I gave up. My son also needed a bit of his Dad.
I tried again this morning (Monday 23rd of May) .... "Your waiting time is approximately 1 minute". 30 minutes later, I gave up again. I then tried calling tripsta in the UK and got through quite quickly (a small plus!).
The agent was, however, either unwilling or unable to (or both) to effect any sort of correction. "You try Swissair, maybe they make an exception". Sure they will ... I am not a booking agent ... and Swissair insisted that the booking agent had to effect any changes. Agent was polite but incredibly unwilling to do a thing to help solve the problem.
Yes, I know cheaper tickets carry restrictions - as said, I fly a lot - this was not a passenger "change of heart", this was a booking system error.
While the loss of my business will not worry tripsta in the slightest, I am hoping that at least a few others read this and give them a wide berth. This really was the least helpful response to an error which I have experienced in nearly 30 years of flying.
Tripsta, but for the above, you would have had a 4 or 5 star out of me. A bit silly ... hmmm?

Good pricing but technical problems
I fly a lot, using Tripsta since a long time. Their prices are good but there are technical problems with the booking process: Selected dates on swoodoo.ch are not correctly taken over by Tripsta system (I've booked wrong flight dates because dates were changing when coming from Swoodoo). Although I have selected Switzerland as my country, when booking as a company Tripsta does not accept Swiss 4-digit postcodes (xxxx = 'one digit is missing') and Swiss VAT numbers (CHE-xxx ... = 'wrong format'). You definitely have to work on these technical issues, guys!
