great service question quality

customer service from Tripp was first class only complaint is (and we know how rough bagage handlers can be ),surely a case at this price should stand up to more than 3 trips .It was replaced no problem but still concerned about robustness of case . Geo B.

Exceptional service all around.

I ordered from Tripp's website with the confidence that they're products are worthy enough to sold in Debenhams. After receiving my item the very next day by tracked delivery, for which I didn't pay for, I am very happy with the level of service I have received and the quality of the item. Buy with confidence if you are considering purchasing from Tripp.

Item purchased: 68 litre Medium suitcase for £35

Garbage products

We recently purchased a suitcase from Debenhams and extremely dissapointed with the product. The color on the hard suitcase seems to be painted using crayons, keeps coming off and ruining the walls where it comes in contact. The bags have stretch marks which looks really ugly on the colour. Contacted Debenhams who directed me to contact Tripps and tripps, well they said they cant be bothered and its NORMAL with the bags!!!

They got it wrong twice

Last year I bought a Tripp suitcase, packed it and flew to the States. When I got there the lock didn't respond to the passcode I'd set. I couldn't unpack. I phoned them and they explained it was easy to open the case without unlocking it (just prise open the zip tags with a screw driver - isn't that reassuring?). When I returned I took it back to the stockist and they replaced it - no quibble. I've just come back from another trip abroad - first time out for the replacement suitcase. Same issue - couldn't unlock it when I got to the hotel. Now, when I programmed the passcode I made sure I had someone with my who observed me following the instructions and locking and unlocking the suitcase. She was also there when we could get it open at our destination. At least I knew I only needed to borrow a screwdriver. Will I take it back for a replacement again? No, I'd never trust a Tripp case again. I recommend you don't either (if you do - take a screwdriver with you).

Hassle free exchange!

I purchased two suitcases last year from Tripp and my handles kept getting stuck. Took it to Debenhams and the assistant inspected it and was more than happy to exchange them for us. I paid extra and got the hard case ones. Excellent customer service!!
