TripMasters, Barcelona was INCREDIBLE
TripMasters made travel to Barcelona so easy. I was able to customize where I went in the booking process, pick my desired hotel and air travel time while seeing the immediate cost. I also booked transportation from and to airport in the site. They continued to connect with me during the trip, giving me needed details/updates.

Another good trip
We have booked several trips through Tripmasters in Central America and Europe. The ability to plan multiple destination journeys and select from a big menu of hotels makes complex, customized trips possible without going on a "group tour," which is not for us. Our recent trip to Rome, Athens, and Cairo was no exception. We stayed in interesting, well- situated hotels of our choice that gave us a variety of experiences -- all good. Communication through planning and while traveling is also excellent.

We had a great experience with Trip…
We had a great experience with Trip master. The only thing that I would say is the flight changed a couple of times and I was not offered any compensation where I had paid a little extra for a shorter flight. There seem to be some confusion on that, but other than that, everything was great all the hotels were set up. I had easy access and communication. The greatest thing was if you needed to speak with someone you could call and get someone on the phone with ease.

Issues resolved
We had a few issues on our trip with trains and tours getting canceled by the providers. Tripmasters worked with us and the venders to resolve all the issues. The customer service was excellent.

Very good customer service. Had an issue with my original flights booked. They were there to help resolve the issue and get an alternate flight for our trip.

Our Trip Went Seamlessly
My husband and I had a great trip to Spain with Tripmasters. Our hotels were eclectic and centrally located. We could pretty much walk to all our chosen attractions. And the intercity transportation was seamless. We will definitely use Tripmasters again!

This is easily the best travel agency I…
This is easily the best travel agency I have ever traveled with. Not only did they communicate constantly with me throughout the trip about drivers names, pick up locations, ETA is if the driver was running behind, but they also answered cultural questions about Costa Rica, the country we were visiting. They also helped improve our return flight to prevent missing the connection, all from a text exchange on WhatsApp. All of the tours they booked us for were amazing and the tour guides were very well informed. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

The vacation we booked to London and Scotland was great! When you book through Tripmasters, you make the trip you want. Flights are easy; take your time with the hotels. It takes some time and research, but I always check the hotels I like with TripAdvisor. I have planned and traveled with Tripmasters many times. I have never been disappointed with any hotel or train ticket. The process is so easy! I always do my own research, but you can trust the hotels offered. We like clean, centrally located places, but it doesn't need to be 5-star. This is the most important reason to use Trip Masters: you SAVE money.
Great site, great customer service, you can't go wrong.
