The item was on back stock until end of February but the shop decided not to tell me until I asked why it had not been dispatched. Very poor.

Is it possible this notification went to your junk folder? We make every effort to keep customers well informed with the progress of their orders and we apologise if this wasn't received. I can see the order was cancelled and refunded, so hopefully you'll shop with us again in the future.

Living on an island, Jersey, it’s not always easy to get things delivered. Triple D made it easy with clear communication and a great ordering site. My panniers came down on time well packed and in perfect condition. I will definitely be back

Have not received my order
Good price but the item is out of stock. Apparently it will be around a month before I receive my item, the lower price doesn’t reflect on how long I have to wait.

AVOID THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!
As a business owner myself i understand how damaging a bad review can be but on this occasion I really feel like this company have taken advantage leaving me out of pocket & unhappy!
I ordered a seat for my son's bike, when It arrived I could see straight away it was the wrong one that was sent, I contacted them & they advised to send it back. I literally pulled it out of box and put it straight back in again! It was well packaged, in a box inside another box so i returned the item in the original packaging back to them!
I waited days with no response so i rang them to see if they had received it after I'd had confirmation from the delivery company that it had arrived safely. They stated they had received it & it was ripped??... what a joke! It had been out of the box less than 2 minutes!! and it was returned in the same packaging it was sent in! Refusing to give any refund so i have now lost my money & the seat!! - how is this fair?
The communication from them has been less than poor & unprofessional. I will not use them again.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

We carry thousands of items with the majority of orders despatched from stock the same day to customers who report a positive and professional experience when shopping with us. Some items may require fulfilment from a manufacturer or third party supplier but we'll always advise if this is the case and provide an option for you to cancel your order if you wish. Seems that the stock levels arnt linked to the website so "Ready to Dispatch" isnt always true, however did keep me updated and also sent with next day delivery when the items did come in.
