I booked a tour with “Tripidays” and paid a deposit by bank transfer.
The operator later attempted to change the payment method to gift cards (Apple Gift Cards / Steam cards) and requested the scratched codes by email, which is a well-known fraud pattern.

We take allegations of this nature extremely seriously because trust and transparency are fundamental to how we operate at Tripidays Egypt Tours.
Your review states that we changed the agreed payment method to Apple Gift Cards or Steam Gift Cards and requested scratched gift card codes. We respectfully state that this allegation is incorrect.
Our complete email correspondence with you shows that the only payment method ever requested was a bank wire transfer to our official company bank account in Egypt. Every quotation, invoice, and payment instruction issued during the booking process clearly specified payment by bank transfer. At no point did Tripidays Egypt Tours request payment by Apple Gift Cards, Steam Gift Cards, or any other gift cards, nor did we request gift card codes.
We have retained the complete email correspondence and supporting documentation, and we are prepared to provide it to Trustpilot or any appropriate authority should verification be required.
Our priority has always been to provide transparent communication, secure payment procedures, and professional service to every traveler. We regret that your experience has resulted in this dispute, but we also have a responsibility to correct statements that do not reflect the documented facts.
