Don’t trust tripfur
After I posted below review tripfur sent an email to me by saying they will start my
Refund process Nov 9 -2019 and will get it By Nov 12 but they told to remove my below review.Till now I didn’t get my refund even I removed the review. I will need my money.

1000$ extra they charged and waiting to get my refund for last 10 months
When I booked the ticket, they charged more extra 1000$ . When I asked them why you charged extra amount they couldn’t answer. They talked so much and I had to beg them to get my money and finally they agreed to give me 500$ on April 14 2019. I am still following up on this to get my refund. They charged me extra and I begged them to give my money back then they agreed to refund but still I yet to get my money. It’s been 6 months and I am still waiting for my money. I want my money back.

A Group of Cheats
I bought 4 tickets for a trip to Dhaka and requested a refund during covid in 2020 when flights were cancelled. They asked me for passport copy to apply for the refund. I sent them the copy., After that they never replied my email. I contacted Singapore Airlines and it seemed they refunded it to the travel agent. This travel agent grabbed many customer's money during covid. They received refunds from airlines, but didn't pay to their customer.
My agents were Sumit Attri, Jaspal Singh and Ankita Vishnoi. These guys were doing this cheating with many customers. Never trust them.
Given a good service by Riva and also given a quick service just need only service 24/7 days, otherwise I am happy from service. Thanks

I booked india trip through them and now airline says get refund through booking agency. Have been to trying to contact them by all means since 1 year and no response at all. Biggest lesson of my life. Never rely on such agencies.

Phone number not working, not responding to Facebook message band email, online support and feedback doesn't work.
Airlines told that they have refunded money to this agent due to cancellation of flight. They have not refunded to me and unable to reach.
