Paid for Airport Transfers on my last visit to Tenerife in July 2025.
We were due to arrive 25th January , I text the number provided day before to be informed Stino was unwell . I organised other transport and requested a refund , had some communication via what’s app but still no refund .
We had used this company over the past few years without any problem but I certainly won’t use them again .
All good until you pay the money - then unfurtunally the service is very bad. They cancelled the trip due to bad weather and promised the money back - and then you never hear from them again!
