This was my first time going on Tripflybook,com I was trying to find me a flight to Go North Carolina at the End of Next month But then when I came across this website I have to say This was a life saver shot out to Ethan He took care of me every step of way Job well done

Went to order a flight from Orlando Florida (MCO) to Aruba (AUA). The only airline that flys non-stop is Southwest Air. Price at Southwest.com for two, round trip was $992. Then I saw the listing from TripBookFly for $770. On the Southwest site, the onlly way to get that price was to open a southwest ctredit card.

I made the reservation with TripBookFly and they sent an email to indicate they would let me know when the reservation was confirmed by Southwest. (this was odd in a day when confimrations take seconds, not minutes)

The next morning (18 hours later) I received an email indicating there was an issue and to contac t them. I called, the call went through quickly. The representative looked into my issue and confirmed they could not make my reservation and the price had changed to over $1,200. Obviously, I immediately cancelled my request.

I then went to Southwest.com and tried to make my reservation and now, yes, the price was higher. By trying to save at TripBookFly, I not only do not have a reservation but nw it will cost me more for the same flight.

I will say communication was clear and concise but I do not beleive TripBookFly can offer you anything you could not find on your own. I am rating two stars for quality of communication but, unless you receive a confirmation within minutes, you are wasting your time. I will not be using them again.

Ethan was absolutely amazing. I had been researching fares for a few weeks on my ow, so when I saw the low price, I jumped. The lowest price was unavailable but the next level up was just 200 more a person. I scored an airfare for two that was less then the cost on my own would have been for 1 person. He was courteous, spoke clearly, understood my needs and got me a great deal.

Ethan was very nice and helpful and patient and answered all my questions. I’ve never bought tickets from any other site but the airlines.

Ethan was very thorough in making sure my tickets were processed expeditiously. He was courteous and not pushy at all. This company is a bit of a bait and switch, but nothing crazy. They still gave me more than a 50% discount on a specific flight, however initially they advertised the price of $250 ish when it turned out to be $582. The tickets through all other websites were $1200 so again still a great deal and great service. Just not what was advertised.

Would work with Ethan again.

This company is a complete scam. They use the bate and switch method. After you book a trip at a low price, you will receive a call that they cannot honor that price and you will now have to pay much more. This will happen every time.
Stay away from this company!

I was very skeptical when booking with you guys because I had book and didn’t receive my tickets then I call and spoke with ethan . He said that flight was booked out and I didn’t got charge. He booked another flight for me at a reasonable price, it was flexible and he follow up with me until I receive my flight ticket. I just want to thank him so much for helping me out. They sell reasonable flight ticket. Thank you so much again ethan for helping me through this processs.

These guys really had a very good fares. Spoke with Scott the other day who booked our flight tickets to lax. Thankyou Scott for your help. Will call you again for my next trip.
