I was making a booking and screen was showing 4000 aed; however when i checked my credit card, i found that i was charged 4300 aed. I tried calling but the number wasn't working. I complained through email and they responded within an hour and said they will investigate. Next day they found the error was due to currecy fluctuation as they do transactions in euro. They took responsibility and said they will reverse the difference to my credit card. I think most bad reviews are from pandemic time, which everyone was facing problems. I hope they fix the phone problems though.

I do not recommend anyone to trust this agency.
I had booked my flight to USA through Tripair.com but due to pandemic condition, we are not able to travel. I paid for my tickets through this company. While I contact airline company for refund they said, that I have to refund it through Tripair.com. I had already raise ticket in Tripair.com website for cancellation since 20/03/2020, however I didn´t received any response till date, when you try contact them by phone, the contact phone number +44 2033183942 doesn´t exist.

I had very bad experience with trip air,ticket booked through trip air 37354684 and ticket cancelled without my any permission, I contacted airline company they said tripair cancelled and collected money back,I have sent many reminder for refund no update from trip. VERY WORST AND FRAUD SERVICE.

I rarely do this, but enough is enough. I was asked to pay for the service by them for not accepting offer to have a 15 minutes (fifteen) transfer time. I cannot board with that time and they know it. Money draining scheme, for ever removed from my list of options.

My flight was canceled and very kind lady from Tripair found me an alternitive one on the same day :)

All they did was replying my each email saying that I should contact the airline company! You sold me the tickets, not the airline company! I do not recommend anyone to trust this agency.

Airlines cancelled my flight and I did’t accepted new houres. Tripair helped me reebok my flight for new dates. The while process took several days.

Tripair initially promised to issue refund without any timelines, emailing them without any response also their customer care number is also not working. God knows what can be done here.

Got my money back after some time. But Efi put a lot of effort to settle this.

I would put 0 stars to be honest. Thieves, they take your money and they dobt care afterwards.

21 months and still waiting for a refund for flights cancelled by the airline. Numerous emails to Tripair requesting funds reimbursement are responded to with excuses saying they have a high volume levels to attend to.
Not happy.....the wait time is excessive. Won’t be using them again.

Trip air is a big cheater, he act as a terrorist,
Even the SWISS airline is also hands with this kind of cheaters that is the pity, more than 1.5 years I'm not getting my refund release by the Swiss Air.
they always forcing big loss to it's customer.
please let us join all together to file a legal case against this agency.

my flight has been cancelled bc of covid outbreak. I have been asking tripair for a refund for over a year and a half. absolute worst, most fraudelent company you could book with - avoid it like plague!

Total scam artists. Emailed to tell me I was getting a refund, then blatantly deny this and contradict themselves.

Their philosophy is "it will cost you more in legal fees than the cost of the trip, so we know you will go away".

Despite lots of people having a very bad experience with the agency, mine was rather positive! My flights were being changed by the companies under the hoods. I casually checked those on Tripair portal 1 month earlier, and once noticed this huge mess, I immediately wrote to Tripair. They manage to answer me the first time after 3 days, but then they fixed the whole mess in a couple of days. Summing up: In 5 days I got again back my flights. Probably the first 3 days delay was due to the huge amount of customers that they have to reply every day. I think people should be a bit more patient. Many thanks!

This is a company run as a scamming machine, I am waiting on a refund of €1460.00 since two years, they keep telling me to wait ..... I have contacted them so many times.
Tickets booked with them get cancelled without notice and refund is never paid.

My flights were cancelled due to Covid in Mar'20. Have been following up on refund or alternate options since then. However after 6 months they asked if we want a refund, to which I accepted for a refund with open hands. After this there has been constant follow up, but they will respond once in 2 months stating that airlines has not given them refund and they are waiting for it. They are also rude and not professional, responding as if we have committed a crime in asking them for our money. When confronted with the airlines they said that the refund is already processed to tripair. Now I dont know why they are not refunding the money which is legally ours. Hopeless service.

Terrible. They have not paid back my refund from almost 2 years ago which the airline has transferred to them. I would not trust these slimy thieves.

Edit: Finally got my money back after sending multiple emails and requests, so don't give up if you're in the same situation!

After 7 months I got my refund. I helped Tripair to get refund from Alitalia on May, they inform me that Alitalia refund them. Since that time no answers And even I requested once a week. 1.10. I got refund to my bank account. 🙏 So much preasure and waiste time, but with happy end.
