Customer support was just great
I have made a mistake by booking a 1500€ flight with incorrect return date, and got in contact with customer support over the e-mail on Saturday. I was shocked when next day morning (Sunday, Christmas Eve) I have received a feedback from a professional Tripado company representative, who resolved this issue in a moment. After a short conversation I have received cancellation approval, and refund arrived already on Monday. I have promised to tell the world about such a great customer approach! :) Keeping my word, 5 stars. (Vladimir)
TRIPADO - NOT RECOMMENDABLE & WORST SERVICE!

I want to share this experience with you to warn you NOT to book flights via Tripado. I found a reasonable flight on Skyscanner from Munich to Minneapolis 6 days prior to leaving which was operated by American Airlines and advertised by Tripado. I clicked on the link around 11pm, went on Tripado's website and filled in all my details as usual (Side info: They charged 35 EUR extra just for using credit card!). Then i received an email from Tripado stating they would send an electronic ticket shortly. The next day, I received another email of them asking to send a photo of both sides of the credit card I had used for booking plus an ID belonging to the holder of the credit card (a good friend of mine I was planning on visiting). I thought this was sketchy because they had already deducted the amount of money for the travel insurance I had added, but not the flight costs. So I called the company. The service hotline only had an automated message playing saying that there is a too high demand for phone requests and they won't be able anything but emails. So I sent an email requesting to speak to someone from Tripado over the phone about this. A very unfriendly man called me back, basically telling me to transfer the money asap. I asked him if the price was guaranteed and he said yes. But when I asked again, he checked online and told me that the price had indeed gone up over night which, according to him, was my own fault because I had booked at 11pm outside of their business hours (I still don't understand what that has anything to do with the price raising, but ok). He avoided telling me what the new price was and instead said I had to cancel the booking and then book another flight via Tripado. Now I don't have a flight and need to somehow get the money for the travel insurance back.
NOT A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY AND HORRIFIC SERVICE: NOT RECOMMENDABLE.

they announce possible payments with Visa and American Express but it is not to be found.
Ridiculously high hidden fees
Searching for cheap flights I stumbled over this company, which seemed to be the cheapest. Only that after I provided all my data, on the very last page, suddenly a 30 EUR ticket fee appeared for no reason. Suddenly this was not the cheapest offer anymore. But even better, exactly one way to pay was without extra charges, which was Amex credit card, a card that's not really common around here. Choosing Mastercard for example, added another 30 EUR per person (!!!) on the bill, so on a three people short distance flight, suddenly 120 EUR were added.
This practice is just immoral and should be outlawed.
Best prices, worst company
The company has very often the best prices on the net, but they ignore the customer once the purchase has been done, in spite of what they say on their website.
So if you need a booking change or any other operation, you can send them as many emails as you wish, or call them or the day long, but they won't answer.
