Absolutely rubbish bank wish I never signed up the customer service is non existent and they expect £3 a month plus I transferd money over takes up to 2 hours and 23 hours later it arrived plus they are not ethical they love wasting paper unlike other online only banks

I have been with Triodos for over 8 years, and they are really good. While their ethics are excellent, in the old days they could be a little slow to do transactions, and their website was a bit fiddly. But in the last 5 years they have got better and better. Now transfers are quick, the website and app are easy to use, and they even support ApplePay! Super happy with Triodos and have no plans to switch.

Triodos are very poor at communicating with their customers. They caused a multiple BACS payment file to fail twice, and have not updated authorisation limits like they confirmed on the chat they had. I have to spend a lot of time communicating with them only to find it is not resolved. This happened during April to June and is still on-going.

I’ve been with Triodos for a while now, and I love it. Banking here might be the easiest and most impactful way to help the planet. While other banks chase profits, Triodos actually cares about people—and when your money is your vote, that matters. Switching was one of the best decisions I’ve made.

Ethical, has all the functionality of my previous well known banks, great customer service. There is no reason to not change to Triodos.

The customer service is good, I get an answer fast from a real person. It brings such piece of mind to know that the money I have in my bank isn't causing harm to others. Even better, it sits with a bank who care about doing The Right Thing and improving the environments in which we live. I don't have to worry, because my money isn't being leveraged in opposition to my personal values but rather in a way which supports them.

I want my money well managed by people who care about the big picture, and Triodos meet this need better than anyone. It's hard to avoid damaging people and planet through normal investment/savings, much much easier to do no harm if you choose a bank that actively supports life affirming projects.

I’ve been really impressed with Triodos – not just for the big stuff like their ethos and the projects they support, but also for their attitude and the way they stay connected with customers. It genuinely feels like they care. On a more practical level, they’ve been responsive when I’ve needed help – for example, when I had an issue with my card, they sorted it quickly and sent a new one without any hassle. Overall, I really value what they stand for and how they operate day to day.

I can’t imagine banking anywhere else. Apart from the confidence it gives one to know all bank’s dealings are transparent and above reproach the customer service is brilliant, friendly and efficient. Best decision I ever made was taking out both a savings account and current account with TRIODOS

Excellent bank - easy to use online current and savings accounts. Friendly and helpful customer service who answer the phone without long waiting times. Makes me feel like I'm doing my bit to looking after our only home, Plant Earth.

For only £3 per month, I can be sure that I am using the most ethical bank available in the UK. This is really important to me, because where we keep our money is one of the most critical effects we have, on society, environment and the future of the planet.
As a bonus, on the rare occasions when I have needed to contact customer services they have been unhurried and most helpful. The app is easy to use.

Triodos Bank is efficient, trustworthy, ethical and the best place for your money if you want your money supporting good causes. I have had savings account for many years and am very satisfied with their service.

Triodos go above and beyond as bankers. They always consider ethics and the environment and when you need to contact them, they are professional and quick, courteous and knowledgeable. The online banking is also now very quick and intuitive. We have banked with Triodos for over 5 years.

Triodos provides a good banking service and I can feel reassured that my money is being used ethically and is not contributing to planetary breakdown. This bank does everything I need it to whilst looking after the future for my children and grandchildren.
