I was initially in discussions with another local real estate firm but luckily a friend of mine recommended I try Trinity as they had just sold his house inside a week. After meeting Kerry and Adrienne from Trinity Thames I was immediately impressed with their energy and passion. Their knowledge of local real estate was vast and I felt more than comfortable with the fact that they would sell my home and I would save around $10,000 on fees from the firm I was about to sign up with.
