We have been working with Trinetra Tours for over ten years, and they continue to deliver thoughtful and well planned experiences. Our recent trip to Florence and Rome was no exception.

We recently completed a 63 day private tour of Southeast Asia that was booked entirely through Trinetra Tours of Dehli. We travelled with them throughout India last year, and when we learned that their services go beyond India we knew that we would be in very good hands - and we were not disappointed!!! Everything about our trip was perfect from start (planning) to finish (our final flight)! We enjoyed 18 cities and 18 amazing hotels; 10 guides and 12 drivers. Tours of historically significant temples and ancient ruins … Nature and wildlife …. Culture … beautiful beaches … fantastic food … planes, trains, automobiles and boats - you name it!!!! We so thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this holiday and will almost certainly book future trips with Trinetra. Highly and without hesitation recommend them!

Trinetra Travel have only done it again! Last year I embarked upon a 2 month journey of a lifetime around India. Having experienced such a wonderful time I had no hesitation in asking them to help me with my trip of Indochina (North Thailand, Laos, Vietnam & Cambodia). This is our third trip with Trinetra Tours and as with the previous two the reality exceeded our expectations. The days were full and varied which we couldn’t have sourced without Trinetra Tours. Our guides were knowledgeable and great company; our driver was brilliant too. We recommend Trinetra Tours to anyone.

This is by far the best way to travel, having private tour guides, private drivers, and someone standing at the gate at the airport with a sign with your name on it. Also having someone get you through customs and taking care of visa transactions was wonderful. Having someone with compassion and integrity take care of things like hotel reservations and flights and the whole itinerary to make sure your travel experience is the best it can be is what I found with. Trinetra tours. They worked tirelessly to make sure our experience was the best it could be. And the cost was another factor. I could not have done it on my own for what it cost using Trinetra tour’s. if you want a better travel experience, leave it to the experts. I just finished a trip to eight countries in 57 days, it was the best experience ever.

Usually I organise tours myself but I don't think that I could have seen the parts of Delhi without Trinetra's help.

WE HAVE USED TRINETRA TOURS NOW FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE YEARS, VISITING INDIA. TO SAY THE SERVICE IS 'EXCELLENT' WOULD BE A GROSS UNDERSTATEMENT.

From our very first contact, they were nothing but super helpful, very responsive, and totally professional.

We were traveling as a group of eight people including seniors so we were very concerned about making sure that everything was 'stress free.' Boy did they outdo themselves!

Before you ever leave your home, you will have a full fledged, detailed tour itinerary, outlining everything including hotels, tour sites etc.

They handled all logistics including picking our group up at the airport, taking us to the hotel, moving to different cities, booking the tours and guides and then finally back to the airport for departure. AMAZING!

Please know that the tours advertised on their website is only a small sampling of what they can do! We were able to fully customize our vacation, deciding where we wanted to go, how long we wanted to spend at each destination etc. They will of course offer input but ultimately, you decide your pace, destinations etc.

The tours are 'Private Tours' so only your party is in the vehicle with your own, private driver! No waiting on strangers, no compromising your activities etc! Stop when you want, eat where you want, rest when you wish!

You also have the option of choosing guided tours or wing it on your own.

In terms of accommodations, you decide if you want five, four or three star locations. We chose 3 and four star options because we wanted a more 'authentic' Indian experience. Each location we stayed was absolutely wonderful; 100% safe, clean and the service was outstanding.

DO NOT LISTEN TO THE GARBAGE SOME REVIEWERS SPEW ABOUT SAFETY AND CLEANLINESS.

At no point, even when shopping in very busy Delhi, did we ever feel unsafe.

We simply cannot say enough great things. Give these guys a try - I promise you, you will not regret it!

We have used Trinetra Tours for our foundation travel group for two trips. We have had amazing travel experiences. Our journeys were packed full of everything we needed to see and do! If it wasn’t on the agenda, the guides found a way. It’s hard to travel without this amazing tour company! They truly are some of the BEST in the business.

Our trip to SE Asia was seamless from the time we got off the plane until we boarded our flight home. Our trip was complicated logistically with 34 travelers and 3 countries. We had previously used Trinetra Tours to tour India but chose to use their services for our Vietnam holiday as we knew the high standard of service we would receive.
They did not disappoint! We had excellent communications prior to our trip when particular issues arose which ensured everything was as we wanted. Even when we had an issue at the airport on an internal flight contact with the office was easy and reassuring. All the guides and drivers that accompanied us at various times were excellent, friendly and full of information !!. Special thanks to our guide Tuphan, such a warm, considerate and helpful man.

I have just returned from my second Trinetra tour and am even more impressed with their organizational skills, their knowledge and choice of accommodations and activities than before. They go beyond ‘beyond’ with their care and attention to detail.
They are based in India which is central to everywhere in south east Asia. They are there with local knowledge and I had comfort knowing their agents would be there at all times.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I have travelled with many tour companies but Trinetra rocks!

Excellent response to all questions and outstanding planning. Such detail. We have used these folks for a trip to India (with my 75 year old mother) and a two week trip to Turkey. Excellent accommodations, drivers, and tour guides. We saw amazing things that I would have never seen without them.

We have used Trinetra for 3 times over the past few years - First was for our golden triangle trip in India. Last year then they arranged for our Egypt trip and this year we just got back from Peru for Amazon and Machu Picchu trip. The model they have for private city manager for each destination city, private tour guide is just simply fantastic for a family of four where diverge interests of two generation to be met. From initial planning stage where they suggests, we review their suggestion (takes almost 1-2 months) until we finalize the itinerary and then they go off and make all the reservations. We are received at the airport (before custom in case of Egypt, which was such a surprise!) and there is someone to guide until we are checked-in for our return flight home. Thank you Tapas for making our trips memorable!

Trinetra Tours are fantastic. We have used them 3 times and friends of our have used them 4 times: we have never had such excellent service.
Our first experience of Trinetra's tour planning was excellent but, sadly, because of my ill health we had to postpone our trip: Trinetra could not have been more helpful and sorted everything out for us including full refunds. Our second experience was the most amazing trip around Rajasthan and Kerala. This was an individually designed trip which included sightseeing, birdwatching, safaris, boat trips, train journeys and relaxation. All our accommodation was tip top. Trinetra arranged every minute detail and there was not a single problem throughout the while trip. Our drivers were fantastic as we're the different guides. Our third experience was for a trip to Thailand. Again this was a bespoke trip and again we received first rate service. I am currently liaising with Trinetra to arrange a trip to Sri Lanka.
I am so pleased we discovered Trinetra. They ensure that all your wishes are met, provide outstanding service and are reasonably priced. Communication is top notch.
