Great Service and A Great Fit for Our Company

Switched to TriNet from Insperity a few years ago. It was a wise decision that saved us a lot of money. Both companies have excellent service, but we were paying for extra products and services we didn't need or use at Insperity. Now we have just what we need and the staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, as well. I would recommend TriNet to any small business like ours that needs help with their payroll, benefits and HR issues.

Good but not great

Our experience with TriNet has been good. They provide good service and are knowledgable on general business issues. We are in more of a niche area and have specialized needs which I do not feel are always adequately addressed. I was hoping a larger company would have more experience or expertise to draw from than they apparently have the resources to do.

Great

Canadian company setting up operations in California and Trinet was a great fit coming from Wells Fargo payroll. I like the combined payroll, benefits and HR one stop service. Especially benefits which are complex and difficult for a smaller operation in the US
