My first time to buy from this website. To be honest Im happy with all of my purchase BUT, Im so disappointed with the way they handle my complaint about missing one item in the package. I showed them the invoice Ive received but this didn't matter to them. They were asking for the delivery note instead which I've never had because the courrier just left my package inside my fence which has a door at the side of my house. And just left me an email instead. Bad experience and will prolly not going to order again from them....

Have purchased a number of different pro team items from them over the last 6 months or so and items have always arrived promptly and safely-I believe it's been DHL.Everything's been of the highest order.In fact I did a balls up on one of my orders-got one letter wrong in my postcode or something daft and they still kept my chosen item on 'ice'-emailing me in the meantime while I amended my account etc.Received the gilet posthaste once I'd actually given them somewhere legitimate to send it to!The web is awash with either lazy reviews which don't remove doubt,not enough reviews,highly dubious reviews etc etc so I thought I'd try to chip in.Must admit I got caught myself buying an Xmas present from a bogus webshop seemingly based in Wales last year and wasn't the only 'fool' so with that in mind I'm going to review more often.Trikot's page might not seem the glossiest but then again I've seen glossy dupes.They even included a small voucher after my first purchase 10E or something though my German needs brushing up since my schooldays and I couldn't suss it out.Alles gute-danke!

Ordering was easy but the way they packaged the product was confusing and it got shipped wrong. I purchased this as a gift and the shipping address was different from my billing address, but on one side of the package was the invoice with my address on it and the other side was where it was supposed to be shipped to. Well once it came to my address it then cost me $7.75 to get it to the correct address. Trikotexpress said it was not their fault but the usps fault. Needless to say it was more money out of my pocket. I felt trikotexpress should have reimbursed me for the confusing way they labeled it. For that reason I will no longer purchase from their site.

I ordered a special addition cycling jersey and gloves from TrikotExpress only to discover that I had requested the wrong size! The customer service team was so helpful and sent the correct sizes to me once I had returned mine, no questions asked.

Great company, awesome service, unbeatable products.

Highly recommend them.
