We didn't like the contractor yall used for this house to get ready. Personally i don't think it was deep cleaned. And theres food stains still on the under parts of cabinets in the kitchen. And also told the contractor this. And the doors front and back have a major draft coming in. I'd also like to get the ac vents inspected due to everyone has been having breathing problems such has having terrible coughing fits since we have moved in. Maybe a duct cleaning is due. But over we love our new home and we just don't like how some things looked when we moved in and thats not tricons fault thats the contractors you chose for the work.

Technician arrived, listened to my concerns and fixed the issue. One thing he was supposed to make notes and follow up on to come back and add something to the back door but I never saw such notes. Had that been done, it would’ve been 5 stars.

My wife and I struggled to stay on track with our rent for the first 3 months in our rental. Between all the bills and not enough income it was tough but God help us through how the Tricon team assisted us and reassured us that we would be ok. We are grateful.

Moved Out Of My Rental Home Beginning of this month the process was terrible I paid for a cleaning company to come in and clean they did just that and I emailed the receipts in to tricon. a week later they take my deposit and send photos of carpet damage from another unit that was not mine I could tell by the trimmings on the window seal and the markings on the wall plus the carpet was not clean in the photo I paid for professional cleaning and they did clean so try on used another unit to secure money what terrible business cheap and sad tactics

I have been with Tricon (transferred from Pathlight) for 3 years and my experience has been great! I have had several maintenance request over my tenure and the response has always been timely and completed. Issues I’ve had (outside of maintenance) were resolved with immediate responses. So I am pleased with my experience.
