Be very careful buying from this outfit
I found Trible's online and ordered some parts to fix my dishwasher. They arrived fairly quick, but they were the wrong parts. So I contacted them to arrange for a return and refund. They told me "just seal the box, put it out on your doorstep and Fedex will come by with a call tag and pick it up". Sounds so easy-peasy, right? Two weeks and many more calls later and nothing has happened. So I called again today and got a different person in their "Customer Abuse" department. She emailed a FedEx label to me and told me I can drop it off at a FedEx drop off location. That's what they should have done the first time. Or the second time. Or the third. If I don't see a refund appear on my credit card, I will be doing a chargeback. And by the way, I found the correct parts on Amazon for about half the price.
