I had a bad experience with this company. I waited over a year hoping they'd fix a problem I'd had with a product (the Onas Sensor, which cost over €500) that didn't do what they promised. I didn't want to ask for a refund right away, but I was told that if they didn't fix it, I'd be entitled to one (but they never gave me the chance to request it anyway). I'm giving up now, but I clearly want my experience to be known.
