💯 scam company ordered a bbq , no sign of it and you cannot contact them , payment also to a French company who organises events

I wish I had seen the reviews on this company before ordering from them.
THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY
Ordered a BBQ using Amazon Pay and got an order receipt but when nothing got shipped I emailed the company direct, no reply. I then phoned the number on their web site, number does not exist.
Complained to Amazon Pay twice with no replies so eventually called them and they reckon they have initiated a refund.
I wait with anticipation of a resolution.

paid money for delivery of item, stated I would recieve in 3-4 days , no updates, sent several e-mails, no reply, tried phoning to no avail, as phone number dosent connect

same as everyone else placed order and paid emailed several times asking were my order was and nothing no item arrived either absolute scammers luckily i got my money back from my bank and they are investigating as well lets hope they catch these theives

Like all the other reviews I got stung, I should have came to trustpilot first

Should have read reviews first, WHY ARE THEY ALLOWED TO TRADE, this company needs to be deleted from all platforms

Zero stars would be my true option if it was available My advice is to avoid this company like the plague. I purchased an item via their website and never received it. I tried to contact them several times but I was completely ignored. Had I not purchased the item via Klana (who were brilliant in retrieving payment) I believe I would of lost out.

I wish I had read reviews before buying. Like everyone else I ordered a garden bench and it never arrived and couldn't contact them. Phone number just cuts off and no response from email. Now trying to get my money back from bank

it is a scam, they don't have any product for sale, just taking money.

Scam. Avoid. Paid via Klarna for an item that did not arrive.

Main office in UK, address on Klarna appears as French. Email address is a personal Hotmail one and not company. Item never arrived.

Should not be allowed to continue.

No delivery. No e mail answer. Tel.no.disconnected. Fraudulent company. Scammers

Shopify won’t let me report as fraudulent unless I set up an account with them at a monthly premium

Total scam, ordered a storage shed from this company and never received, luckily paid with Klarna so will be refunded, phone number doesn’t exist and address is a house on google maps, sent email with no response back, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!

My wife bought 2 storage boxes from this company and still waiting to receive them been on to the bank today and stopped payments to then find out that they set up a direct transfer from her bank to then to money out when they want I urge people how bought stuff from these horrible scammers to check there bank accounts to see if further payments are coming out for these scammers don't hesitate go check your bank account

The same happened to me I bought a shed , unable to get hold of anyone sent emails etc no reply doesn’t even show up on banking app as Trevion just some French name please avoid it as you will not receive your goods . Why has google not taken this site off as doesn’t exist

Scam company. We bought an outdoor storage unit which never arrived. I tried to contact the company numerous times and never got a response.

They then took another payment from my card 2 weeks later. Avoid at all costs

DO NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASES FROM THIS SCAMMER.
on 16th April I ordered a 9ft by 6ft Garden shed for £120 using PayPal.
I recieved a receipt and a delivery expected in 7 working days. Its now 19th of May and the order is still showing as preparing to dispatch your order.
I've contacted PayPal resolution centre and after many weeks of no updates, an extension of the resolution date, they found in favour of the seller. HOW?
PLEASE AVOID and don't rely on the protection of PayPal.
