We took a tour to Italian coast. We walked our suitcases up dangerous hills and even the vanicular up the mountain. Rented cars not suitable for transport of luggage. Waited hours in the airport for transfers. Will never recommend this tour company to anyone.

Working with Trevida was a great experience. From inception to a few tweaks to an amazing vacation! Trevida was always quick in responding and very proactive on our behalf. Once I described our wish list, they provided every detail we could have asked for. The private tour guides were the BEST parts. I would highly recommend Trevida Travel. From the time my two-week trip to Sicily was in the planning stages to its very last day, I knew we were in competent hands. Tina Shrainer had planned our trip to Sicily a year ago. It turned out so well, that we wanted to return this year! We'd never had a custom-tailored vacation before, and it was truly amazing how well every detail suited us -- largely because Trevida agents, in the planning stages, interview you intensely to find out your main interests, energy level, how much "busy-ness" (versus free time) you want, etc. And then they base the itinerary on those responses -- no guess work. You can collaborate on, or alter, any part of the itinerary you need to. Every hotel, driver, guide that we had, were top-notch! Add to this that Tina or a member of her team were available 24/7 if any unexpected needs arose.
I wouldn't think of planning another trip abroad without calling on Trevida Travel!

Darya Spadafora was wonderful to work with. She heard our concerns and requests and put a good effort in curating a well-balanced itinerary. Hotels were nice and clean, private guides and drivers always on time and very polite. She also have very good recommendations regarding food places to visit and options for transportation. Darya was always available for quick questions and guidance during the whole trip. She always made sure to send very detailed and clear updated itineraries. However, what we value the most is how flexible and efficient she was. We decided to add some experiences at last minute once we already were in the Amalfi Coast. Darya immediately went hands on and arranged the logistics without hesitation. We really appreciate how helpful and nice she was!

Darya was very spot on. We told her our plans and Cities that we were interested to visit and she planned the 2 weeks vacation in Italy very well. It wasn’t rushed and I have plenty of rest as what I like. She was always responsive on WhatsApp. Any questions you have , she was there to guide you . Even though the entire trip was quite expensive, it was well spent on comfort and convenience and first class service . Hotels were well chosen. Chauffeurs were polite and punctual .

Trevida did a great job booking our 11 day trip to Italy. All the bookings were spot on for what we were looking for in an Italian vacation. Darya was great to work with. She made multiple changes to our itinerary, even on short notice. Any time we needed help on our trip she responded asap. Great service!

My husband and I travelled in Italy for 10 days for our 15th wedding anniversary. We started in Milan, then Lake Como, then Venice and finished our trip in Florence. Darya arranged our tour and it was fantastic! We stayed in lovely boutique hotels, had amazing guides, ate in great delicious restaurants. The entire trip was so enjoyable and we didn't have to worry about a thing! All was taken care of. Thank you so much!!!

Darya and her team exceeded our expectations! We have already travelled to Europe couple of times and this was the first time we used a company to help with the trip planning. It was our best trip yet! We had experiences that we wouldn't (and likely couldn't) have had without Darya’s assistance. No request seemed to be a problem. Our itinerary was perfectly planned. It was very organized with the perfect amount of leisure time!

Darya is full of excellent ideas for high end vacation. She is quick to respond and to plan trips. Our trip to Naples and Amalfi Coast had 5 wonderful activities that Darya picked out. The hotels she selected were amazing as well. We had a slight issue with the local travel agency in Italy on overtime payment for our driver, but with one call to Travida travel emergency number it was resolved. I have recommended this company to our friends and will continue to use them for our trips.
