I bought a jacket at the Ambleside branch in the Lake District while on holiday in February. I had only worn it twice when I discovered a split on the inside back seam and the down lining was showing through.
I phoned the branch and spoke to Caitin. As it is a two and a half hour journey by car from where I live, she suggested I phone a store in the my area. She gave me the name of two, one in North Shields and one in Sunderland. I phoned the Sunderland branch on Thursday as it is nearest me and spoke to Shaunie and explained my dilemma. She found a replacement jacket and agreed that it could be exchanged and she would put it to one side. Fortunately I had kept my receipt. I called into the Sunderland store today and was served by Amanda, the manager, who exchanged the jacket. The whole transaction was completed smoothly and without a fuss. I would like to commend these three individuals for their great customer service.
