Good size, and lovely colours. I have previously had some of these earrings for years, and always have lots of complements when wearing them. The only thing I did not like, was the amount of packaging that came with them, which I think is totally unnecessary. You should be able to choose whether you want minimal packaging, or gift packaging.

Such a great experience. Thank you. From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left, we were treated so well. We were listened to, advised and ultimately were made the most stunning piece of jewellery. I have been to Tresor Paris a number of times and would never buy my jewellery from anywhere else. Highly recommend the ‘over the counter’ and online purchases but you just can’t beat the bespoke service they offer.

Products received promptly and well packaged. They are beautiful, even better than their pictures. Really pleased.

One of the best experiences as a customer anywhere, Richard is an amazing soul, really looked after me and was very patient and i changed a few things as this was the wedding ring for my wife to be at the time, no problem for Richard or his team. The selection of the stones and the advice to help choose was second to none by Saleem. Seriously I would go back there again again to get wedding rings all the time if i could(for my wife of course). Thank you so so much! My now wife absolutely adores it, which is always a good thing!

Awesome ring , great price

Price has gone up considerably compared to what it was 1 yr ago when I bought the same in a local shop-which no longer sells them

the product arrived and was as expected, however the tracking details provided didn't work. I also was surprised at the amount of packaging; I ordered earrings and they were delivered in a large padded A4 size envelope, which seemed un-necessary and wasteful.

The Bracelet I ordered was perfectly packed in a safety box, the delivery arrived after 8 days by Fedex. It's just perfect !

Ordered Earrings as a birthday present for my wife, however the wrong earrings were delivered (Someone else's order). Luckily I opened the package to check before my wife's birthday. I rang to report the mistake when I arrived home from work, the lady said she would arrange dispatch of the correct order but it would not be done until the following day. That meant that the earrings did not arrive in time for my wife's birthday.

Excellent communication, very helpful staff who really (and do) aim to meet your design requirements. Highly recommended.

Great service nice product I emailed to ask a question and got a prompt phone call back and girl was very helpfully.
One thing item was a gift on Valentine's but was delivered with a receipt with my details address and cost of item? Maybe need a question online to see if this is required
