Trend Bridge Surveyors is very professional. Their response is very quick. They carried out the survey very detail, telling you everything they inspected and point out what you need to be aware of. I receive the survey report earlier than I expected.

Communication was good from the start and I felt like a valued customer. Would recommend this company to anyone. I didn’t know who to contact for my level 2 survey but glad I chose them.

I had my level 3 house survey done recently by Mr Imtiaz, and I genuinely found him very easy to deal with. He was approachable, friendly, and took the time to explain things in a simple, clear way without overcomplicating anything. I felt he was honest in his assessment, pointing out both the good and the areas to keep an eye on. Nothing felt rushed, and he was happy to answer questions, which really helped. His advice felt practical and focused on safety rather than just ticking boxes. Overall, a very positive experience and I’d happily recommend him.

We used this company for a level two survey recently, the price was reasonable compared to a lot of other companies and the communication/customer service was great, very friendly and responsive. The survey itself was very detailed and did not require any further clarification.

Professional service at a fair price. It was easy to do the initial set up and booking online. the survey was carried out on a Wednesday and I then recieved the report the following Monday morning. The surveyor Imtiaz then called me later that morning and ran through the issues that came up on the report and answered any questions I had.

No complaints at all and I feel much more informed and confident going into the purchase. Would definitely recommend!

What impressed us the most was that the surveyor contacted us a few days after we had received the report to go through the report with us and check whether or not we had any questions. He did this without us requesting this and the conversation that we had on the telephone was extremely useful. We spent nearly half an hour on the phone and were told at the end of the conversation that if we had any further questions we simply needed to ring and he would answer them.
