I really wish that I could give trendy tresses o or minus stars because that is what they deserve!!!!
I ordered some beautiful hair on their website in January, 2026 and paid for it, plus shipping, only to be told the next week from some shipping company, that they have my parcel and to click to pay shipping costs or the parcel will be returned.
But I already paid the shipping costs as shown on my invoice......I smiled to myself, because I paid through PayPal, immediately smelling the scammerism that I did not know personifies Trendy Tresses.
I got my refund within the week of applying, submitting all the relevant details.
Buyer BEWARE!!! From reading only 1 star reviews today, that rating confirms Trendy Tresses has gone further into scamming us by creating/ involving others.
This is a lesson to all, to check reviews from reputable sources like Trustpilot before purchasing ANYTHIN.

purchased from this company in February. After informing me that some of the items I ordered were unavailable, I requested a refund via at least 10 emails. Nothing came of it.

Three weeks ago, the company contacted me to announce they were shutting down (unsurprisingly) and claimed to have issued a refund for the €80 I spent on their products.
To this day, the refund has not arrived, and at this point, I suspect they have kept the money and lied about processing the refund.

I ordered from this company in the past as the quality and style of hair that I previously purchased was difficult to find elsewhere. However, following the saga surrounding my last order that was the last time I would purchase anything from them.
I placed an order (the items for which were in stock according to their webpage) and the order was accepted. I received an email 4 days later stating that the full order could not be fulfilled and I subsequently requested a partial refund. In my case the refund was agreed, however when I chased up said refund almost a week later I was given various excuses as to why it couldn’t be processed. After chasing up my refund again and not receiving any response, I then logged a dispute with PayPal, and after much back and forth eventually recieved my refund.
I can see from other reviews including those elsewhere that this practice of taking a customer’s money in the full knowledge that the order cannot be fulfilled at the time, and expecting customers to settle for an alternative or wait for a restock rather than returning their money seems to be their modus operandi. Their practice of denying the ability to process a refund is farcical to say the least.
If I could give zero stars I would.

I saw just recently (April 2025) that this business is about to close which comes as no surprise given how they operate. Apparently they plan to rebrand and make a comeback so beware..

I ordered over 4 months ago. They said the hair I wanted was out of stock and would be back instock soon. Still have had no update from them despite me sending several emails. Now it seems their website is no longer functioning. We need to formally report and bring legal action against these scammers

Do not use this company they have taken my money and did not send my order! I have sent an email however there was no response. An absolute disgrace that they have repeatedly allowed customers to order knowing they are stealing their money!

I ordered two bundles from this site and they sent me a confirmation email saying my order is getting ready to be shipped. Then they never sent the hair. It's been about a week since I ordered. I just checked their website and now it does not exist anymore. I have been scammed

I’m very disappointed by the customer service of trendy tresses. After having answered a first email where they said that the bundles I ordered where out of stock and would have been shipped when they would have been available (when, we don’t know) I asked before for a replacement having in return NO ANSWER and then for a refund, having in return NO ANSWER again. I sent them, no jokes, 12 emails or something. Nothing in return. I’m very disappointed since I spent more than 80 euros for their bundles. They are holding my money without giving me anything. That’s not FAIR.

I never received my order. They are running a scam.

Did not send, did not respond to emails. Had to dispute. I guess they are now scammers.

I placed an order on November 16th, and I still haven’t received it. Despite sending emails, there has been no communication or update on the matter. The tracking information hasn’t changed and only shows that it was shipped. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will contact my bank.
Update : The order was finally received on the 6th of January and there was still no communication on the company’s end as of writing this update. Due to this experience I will not be doing business with them again.
Update 2: They still have not send a refund though they agreed to after I sent the item back and my dispute was denied though I had proof. It’s all very frustrating. Avoid this company for you peace of mind. If I could give zero stars I would.

This company is a SCAM I wish I looked at the reviews before ordering from them, I have email them many times they have responded to say I will get my money back and still no response they shouldn’t be allowed to have there business I will be looking into legal action with them now.

This company is fraud!!! They took my money and never sent my product. They ignored my emails then finally someone answered and said they can’t refund me because they no longer have access to my funds????? So you take my money, never send me my product and then say there’s no way to refund me due to an open chargeback!!! I asked well send me a check? They said we can’t send you a check?? Why not?? No answer. Please don’t order from this company!!!! They are thieves, liars and provide dishonest unsatisfactory service.

It’s unfortunate , this company was good with shipping and decent with hair. However, they wont give your money back but will continue to push the delivery date. Dont order from this company . The company doesn’t respect there own policy .

I use to love ordering from this site…but they must have changed shipping companies last year. Unfortunately, the shipping speed is so slow now that it took almost a month to receive my order. The time before that…it was lost for months and they cited a worker strike… Unfortunately, they continue to use the same shipping company “Royal Mail” for US deliveries. Thus, I can no longer support. I’m never sure when I will actually get my items now and shipping costs are too high for that gamble.
