A very happy customer

After reading some of the reviews I was nervous about placing the order for our pram, however after contacting Trendybaby I initially spoke to a helpful customer service agent via email who then had a colleague call me to explain the order / delivery process and to reassure us. He was great and put me totally at ease, thank you. Our pram was delivered within the week as expected and was the best price we could find for our UppaBaby Vista V3 - we even got the accessory bundle included! Based on our experience I would definitely recommend Trendybaby and will purchase from them again.

I am giving 1 star for 2 reasons.
The first is that when my buggy arrived , the rain covers were not in the package. I had definitely ordered and paid for them. I mentioned this via email to TrendyBaby and they said they would chase it up with Mountain Buggy. Well. That was back in December! Still waiting, since had to order rain cover elsewhere.

Second I noticed damage to the buggy handle. I was promised a replacement, but still haven't heard.

Disappointed as the team were originally very responsive via email....

I hope to eventually get my refund and replacement Handle.

Trendybaby is very reliable service

Trendybaby is very reliable service, this is my second 3in1 bebecar from them and again delivery was so swift and all the stuff was there, cant fault them at all, I have read some negative comments but I can say they have been great for me, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase my baby stuff with them, great service both times

Cannot recommend this company enough!

Cannot recommend this company enough!! Ordered my pram from here and when i went to build it i noticed a fault with the chassis the company was very fast on contacting me back and had my pram fixed within a week, they also kept in contact with emails and phone calls while my pram was away getting fixed x

Would definitely use again

Trendy Baby had an item in stock that we'd been waiting over 2 months for from another supplier. Admittedly we were dubious that we'd place the order and then also discover that there would be a wait for it to arrive but having emailed the team they confirmed that the item would be dispatched on the next working day - and they kept their word. We now have it and couldn't be happier with it and a refund on the way from the delayed supplier!

ordered on 9 June - order confirmation is extremely poor and lacking information. email responses are very short. on 21 June I was told I would receive an update on Monday - still nothing until 7 July because I emailed again to request an update or refund. no compensation could be offered as an apology so refund requested

I was not verbally abusive at all. I gave you honest feedback that I was supposed to receive an update from you on 23 June and that your order confirmation was really poor. your customer service is really poor as stated in my original review. i didn't say you didn't apologise, i said you offered no compensation to apologise. it wouldn't have been difficult for you as a company to offer a 10% refund as an apology. words mean nothing nowadays. time is money and your customer service was poor. you were also slagging avionaut off so you're not exactly perfect. the 1 star was absolutely necessary because this was my experience. you're all clearly scared of honest negative feedback.

As stated on the phone I am very sorry for what happened, as explained it was not down to us but the supplier not sending the item to you, this was a dropshipment order which is explained on our website as direct from the supplier to you. I called you after sorting out the delivery for tomorrow as I wanted to explain the situation which we were unaware of until you contacted us and I wanted to apologise for the inconvenience but you were verbally abusive and generally rude which is completely uncalled for, compensation is not an option we provide in general, most companies don't. Your refund was processed in a timely manner so leaving a 1 star review was unnecessary.

Highly recommend!!

Really amazing company, I ordered a cosatto woosh trail bundle and it was so so much cheaper then everywhere else and the design I wanted was sold out most places! It arrived so quick and everything was in perfect condition. I was so worried something would go wrong because of the price being too good to be true but I saw that they are listed as a stock list on the cosatto website so I decided to order and I'm so happy I did, saved over £100 ! Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service

After experiencing an issue with getting my Anex pushchair delivered, Alex in customer service went above and beyond to sort the problem. He regularly liased with the Anex distributor and kept me updated at all times. He kept me reassured and swiftly resolved the issue. My travel system arrived which I absolutely love!!

Bebecar pram is perfect

I have just received my order of the Bebecar stylo class pram and couldn’t love it more it is perfect. Customer service from Lorraine was amazing would respond to my emails in minutes. The best customer service I’ve ever…

The best customer service I’ve ever had, I’ve had my pram for probably over 2 years now, my baby has been using it for 18 months, the steering started to get a bit funny a few weeks ago and I contacted trendy baby by email, they called me within minutes, talked me through some trouble shooting that I could do at home, which unfortunately didn’t work. They arranged a return with the manufacturer and they fixed the pram for me, free of charge.

You’ve got a life long customer. Thank you to everyone at trendy baby, your customer service was excellent, you kept in touch and updated me really fast and were always very polite and helpful, it was a 5 star service, I’m so happy.

Brilliant company

Was a little dubious ordering as the pram was £100 cheaper than I could find anywhere else, however I can’t fault this company. Extremely quick delivery and pram is just as ordered.

Every single thing I’ve ordered from here has never come. They’ve always took money within seconds and 24hrs later notify me the items not in stock when it clearly should of stated OUT OF STOCK

We have had a look and cannot find a previous order from you. If we haven't got something instock then we do try to get the item refunded swiftly so you can look to purchase elsewhere. However sometimes there is a error with stock levels which is down to human error.

Great company

Bought a car seat from here as it was cheaper than the Cosatto website with free delivery. Delivery was super fast and updates were great. Would definitely recommend 👍

Oyster 3 travel system…

We ordered an Oyster 3 travel system from this company and it turned up in poor condition. Obviously this isn't directly Trendy baby's fault but they handled my complaint very poorly. Several emails were exchanged and Trendy baby downplayed the damage and told me it was a good price so I should be happy. The owner Duncan Zanker called me on the telephone and his opening line was "bossman here". Eventually I was sent replacement parts but they also arrived damaged, after a month wait. I should've been offered an entire replacement according to the sales of goods act 2015.
Now I will have to escalate this to the ombudsman to resolve this issue.

Trendybaby are very well versed in deception and their reply is demonstrative to this, not to mention very late! Any problems with the order and they will instantly pass you off to the manufacturer, causing an unnecessary delay. They don't care for consumer law so you will have to get an ombudsman involved if your item arrives and you are unsatisfied with it. Not ideal when you are expecting a baby and trying to make plans. I will never do business with Trendybaby again.

We did make several attempts to get this resolved however after this you were still not happy with the quality of the pram this was the first time we have had multiple issues with the patch that we brought in. Under the consumer rights act 2015 we have the option to get it back and refund since you were unhappy with the manufacturing marks but you didn't want that to happen. So we did try to get this resolved.
