Problems with sizing with some items. An asinine loser named “Lukas” is the only person who responds to customer service emails. Basically, YOU CANNOT RETURN ITEMS!! They will not send you an address. Contacting bank to have them deal with this FRAUDULENT company.

After 8 weeks the jackets (3)are delivered, but they are not like in the photos, so i want to change/return them and the answer from trendshill is... no! How is this possible? Is this legal? 😱

I have never had this bad expierence ever ordering online!!!!! I ordered a winter jacket two months ago and still NEVER received a tracking number! I have emailed them numerous times and no one has gotten back to me! I should’ve ordered a damn bathing suit if I knew it would take this long. Never never never never again. This website is disgusting and they are stealing people’s money

Thieves!Very Bad. I ce ordered a jacket in octobre WE ARE now on 10 december. Never received it. Lies with customers service. This website has to be shut off. I informéd thé belgian customers office about this webiste, maybe they Can do something?

Will never ever and I mean ever order anything from this company again. I ordered one jacket an adult male XL. In October, it is now Dec and I finally received it. Let’s just say this jacket wouldn’t fit a skinny 12 year old boy let alone a 6’3” 220lbs. Man
This was a horrible experience and I know that I will most likely never get my refund due to that it will be sent back to China. Buyer beware do not use Trendshill

This site has got to be shut down!! Clicked an ad link off Instagram. Bought a jacket. Never received it. Contacted customer service to no avail. Thankfully my credit card company insured the purchase and I had all my money refunded.

Paid and ordered for 3 leather jackets 15/09/2018 and today 02/12/2018 still have not received these items ! 3 Months down the line and all they can provide is tracking numbers that cannot be traced ? Can they at least give a refund on items not received ? Don’t shop online !!!!!! Bad experiences with unethical companies !!!!

Note to self, read reviews before buying online. I ordered almost 2 months ago. I cant tell you have bad the quality is because they never shipped it. I have sent more emails than I can count. I never write reviews so if you are reading this or the other 9,896,875 bad reviews please listen to us.

TRASH ABSOLUTE TRASH. I ORDERED A JACKET FROM YOU. THE SIZE SUCKED I TRIED TO EXCHANGE IT. I CONTACTED YOU MULTIPLE TIMES WITH OUT ANY RESPONSES. I WANT MY F**** MONEY BACK.

I ordered a winter coat with a bit of trepidation. I normally wear a women's size large. I ordered an XXL to be on the safe side knowing that a lot of times these kinds of sites run small (coming from China I think). They did say shipping may take 4-6 weeks and it was about 6 weeks. It was a decent quality of workmanship, but WAY too small. Their XXL is about US women's medium. I'm not going to return and wait another 6 weeks for a refund. I was surprised it even arrived after looking at reviews so I don't want to push my luck! I'll try to sell outright.

As the other reviews say, don't do it. Yes, sizing is ridiculous. Even if you use their size guide. The jacket I ordered was too small and I gave them 3 chances to make it right. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!

As most people are writing here, do not get sucked into the Instagram spiral of cheap CHINA junk. This means run far away from Trendshill.com, this company is not ethical, nor do they actually offer a money back guarantee (as the website states). I hope you read this before you order, because whatever you think you're getting is nowhere near the truth of the image...everything on their is low quality junk from China. Buyer Beware.

THIEVES!! LIARS! Stealing money from people, selling poor-quality goods. Poor is not the RIGHT word for what i have received. What was said to be a high-quality leather jacket is a SMELLY PIECE OF DERMATINE! Would never ever recommend. And 1 star is already way way way too much for TrendHills. S**T HILLS!

Fraud! Lousy quality, no refund after returning. Pure fraud! They just stop responding to your mails. Don't buy here!

Bought a WHITE jacket for my wife. On the website it looked gorgeous and with a tasteful design. When it arrived it was a HUGE deception. Tiny, BEIGE (not WHITE), and designed in CHINA (not Norway as the website sells).

Thank goodness I read the reviews! I learned my lesson with Luvyle (similarly terrible company). I saw some very cute leather jackets on Trendshill's website thru IG, and ALMOST ordered without doing research, but that 45 seconds of research was all I needed. Thank you to all the people who posted their story on here, but I am sorry you had to find out the hard way for us :(

The descriptions on the wedsite are decptive. The products are very poor quality. The customer service is terrible.

The only reason i even gave one star is because i cant leave it blank. I ordered shoes 2 months ago and never received them this guy lucas sends a repeat of dont worry messages with the tracking number but still no shoes. I asked for my money back and got no response.

TOTAL SCAM - garbage quality / knock off products. company says they're in Norway, but products come from China. Return shipping is on customer and once you send them the tracking number and stop replying to emails. They will not refund your money. Customer service phone number is a fake number that goes to an apartment complex
