Ordered 17 suits for my sister wedding and loved how they have checked every detailing, infact they don't have replacement policy but they did replace it on my request out of courtsey, these reviews online about trend on the go is so wrong ,specially the founder ritzy who took out time to talk to me over a call and understand my problem ,guys big thumps up for this ,best instagram shopping page I have found ,all my suits are now going to be from them

They are scammers, they ask you to make payment asap and then send very cheap quality clothes. Got scammed of 4200 rs with them and how unprofessional and rude customer support. Worst ever online experience. Shall be reported tl consumer court.

Extremely rude people are working there.. they have no sense of talking… they are not even replying after 48+ hours & behaving like i am asking too much from them… they didn’t even replied my one query…. There is so many other options please go & shop from them …. TOTG is worst

Horrible experience! I ordered an outfit for a special occasion on the 10th and even paid extra delivery charges to get it on time — only to receive a damaged piece. When I raised the issue, instead of helping, the seller yelled, misbehaved, and blamed me for it!

Honestly, why would I damage something I bought to wear for an event? This is not just bad customer service, it’s plain disrespectful. Never ordering from this local shop again.

Cheap material, cheap brand

Extremely unprofessional service. Once you order, there is radio silence. If you follow up with them on WhatsApp, the person managing that is abusive and offensive. They will block you on Instagram and essentially ask you to forget about your order. Save money and give your money to charity instead.

Extremely rude and pathetic behaviour from the team, coupled with highly unprofessional replies. Even basic enquiries about products and delivery were met with rudeness. Absolutely not worth the time, effort, or money.

I paid rs 2200 for a dress in 12th August.
They have neither delivered it nor refunding the money after constant reminders.

I ordered 5 items through their live totalling 7595 and I recieved products which are of super cheap quality. When I gave feedback , they got offened, even said - only you have issues, we have 2 lacs customers. 1 product specifically had unmanageable problem, size and hole in the front. I asked for replacement and after making excuses and seeing pics they finally agreed. And since 13th june 25 I am following up with them for replacement and they kept making excuses for office shifting, we are on holidays, Porter canceling on us etc. Then I asked for address so I can send the piece back. They didn't wanted that but reluctantly shared an address but still said to wait and let them try. When nothing happened, I sent the piece. Only to find out that this address doesn't exist. I kept trying their number but no one picked. When I msgd on what's app as I felt really cheated, they showed their true color. Instead of feeling guilty for their cheat, they started abusing me like it's me who has given defective product. Not even once they came forward to resolve the issue. I only followed up and they have audacity to say that you are free, but we are not. We don't work as per you.....I mean seriously. 2.5 months of waiting to listen to this crap. And then they blocked me on what's app.

I request everyone to not to buy from them. Report their page. And let's come together to file complain in consumer court. Also to comment on their insta post about their cheat so others can get aware of.

TOTG collection is awesome. They are helping too in any issue I faced. Now I regularly see their live . I personally liked their collections. They have every type of collection in suit sets on one platform only. Must buy .

I missed reading the reviews on trustpilot before ordering. When I read the reviews now it is 100% correct.

I have ordered 3 co-ord sets totalled ~₹5000, seeing the images from their website. All cotton. To my disappointment, all where very cheap looking clothes. It looked like ₹300-₹400 clothes from street vendors. I get far far better clothes with ₹1600~₹1800 range from nearby small shops.

I bought it as a gift, now I cannot gift these low quality clothes.

As an example
The running stitches are very bad, almost zig-zag, end joinings are very bad etc...
One co-ord's color was 'mauve', and they did a running stitch with white color thread!!!!

I have several images of the clothes taken as a proof, bit cannot post here. They have carefully avoided the Google reviews, where it was possible to post the images.

They won't provide tracking id as well. And response through WhatsApp is pathetic. I have ordered from several small scale sellers, all where very careful in providing the details of the shipment, and care for the customers.

Very unprofessional approach and low grade clothes

I ordered three dresses from UK (Indian address delivery). Order date was 26 june and got my dresses delivered on 1st if july. Quality, delivery time everything is perfect. They didn't provide any tracking details as I think they are small business and rather then wasting time on phone they try their best to dispatch every order as soon possible.

I ordered 4 shalwars from the USA to deliver it to my friend before 3 weeks. They delivered only 3 (quality was super cheap) but when I asked the status, there was no response. To get the response, I messaged them-your shalwar was awesome and they responded immediately. So unprofessional.
Moreover, they are super abusing while counter questioning them.
If you give them reality check, they will block you on social media.

I wanted to upload their abusing WhatsApp chat but this website has no way doing that.

Beware of such scams.

I placed order on March 30 - prepaid one but still not received the product. There is no response from them but easily angry if we comment on their fault. So rude.. No tracking details provided yet.
I am out of country and infact I double checked if the product is ready to dispatch.
They agreed to it but then its full of mess.
Please don't trust this page, they make go crazy by not responding at all. They don't update the tracking info in website too. Still waiting for the product.

This place took money/order on 28 March and then didnot deliver anything. The replies are full of arrogance, no apologies. I am requesting refund, calling twice everyday, dropping messages. But nothing positive.

Many other platforms like Jisora, Yana, DC Mumbai, La Glitz, Galoire, Moksha are very good. Humble, polite & very honest. This place is terrible. I made a mistake in trusting this CA girl & judged her based on her reels.

Well how to start .. I placed my order on 30th March from their live insta sale. They have asked me to transfer the amount in 5 minutes so that they can fix the suit for me. I did the same . In next 2 days I got the msg that suit is out of stock and you have to take other one which I did not like so I asked them to refund my money. I am constantly doing msg and that fraud lady just saying "hi" and end the conversation every time. Then she made some lame excuse that she is shifting her warehouse so she will return after 10th. But what's the connection between shifting and refund of money. Today is 14th and still she doesn't have time to revert . I don't know how brands like this with so much unprofessional behaviour succeed. Guys do not ever buy from her.
