No product and no communication. Scam alert!

I bought a perfume online with EU Perfume, paid for it and never received my product. I tried login in to my account but it doesn't work. Their phone number is disconnected, no one replies to their emails (direct emails or website form), and even calling the parent company (Turor BV) led nowhere. Stay away, this website is a scam!

I placed an order weeks ago and I still haven't received anything.

Good afternoon, my name is Sandra. I placed an order with trendmallnl on the 13 of September for a product that still hasn't arrived to this day, and I haven't received any news aside from that first purchase confirmation email. I have tried to contact in several emails but have not received a response. I would like to know what is happening.

SKAMMERS

I think these are SKAMMERS! I ordered two Parfums and payed them directly with credicard. I didn’t get any information about sending status… I write them Emails but didn’t get any answers. I will report this to the police.

Hello

Hello. I bought the product Chicco Soft Wash N° 6 Canula Blanda 155ml Pic Solution on September 29th. To date I have not received the parcel nor have I received any email regarding the parcel. What now? I paid €19.97 immediately. I would like to get my money back. I wanted to write an email to support@…….. but unfortunately it shows an error and the message is not delivered. It is now October 16th and no response.

Price????

After ordering my dress and liking it very much it was to big, I sent it back and very swiftly got a refund 2 days later I wanted to reorder the same dress but smaller size they put the price of the dress up from 75.00 to 89.00 pound because they knew I wanted to reorder.

Bought a perfume from them.
3 weeks later still didn’t receive it.
No tracking number, seller was contacted 2 times but never bothered to respond.
PayPal was informed.

Bought the baby bonding carrier from…

Bought the baby bonding carrier from them. On their website the return policy stated 90 day return. My baby didn't enjoy the carrier. Tried to return it and they wouldn't accept a return but just a 20% discount. Blatant lying to their customers.

Scammers!!!

Ordered a package about like 12 days ago and I've gotten no emails about my order except the confirmation email. No updates, no tracking number and top it off, no customer support at all.
