I purchased many items from Trendia. I am hugely disappointed with quality, sizes, and wrong description of item. You guys are doing business in USA please follow policies pertaining to USA business. Your fabric material is substandard , cheap looking.
Moreover return policy sucks. I have never come across videography on opening package? Are you guys serious.
Those who are planning to purchase any product from this business please don’t waste your hard earned money.

Never get stitching services done from Trendia. Despite of giving measurements, they will mess up and will not stitch the blouse as shown in images. I had provided the phone number and they should have called for confirmation or clarification. Horrible stitching!!!

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I was reading through these ones and thought that I would go ahead and put in my two cents. I have ordered twice from Trendia and have had nothing but success. I will say that the tracking is a little weird because it is coming from India But I didn’t have any problems with getting my items, my items were exactly what I ordered and in fact, I’m ready to order more.
My advice to people reading these reviews before purchasing is to read all of the reviews not just the first few and not just the bad ones. People will have bad experiences with different places. It does not mean that every experience is bad. My next piece of advice would be to realize most of these pieces will take 20+ days to get to you on average. There are some that specify 10 days or something like that but the average order to receive time in my experience is 20 days.

I placed online order on Dec 7th 2024 and received no email confirmation about order number or anything. This seems to be fraud company. I am going to raise dispute with my credit card. This was my first and last time. Not trustworthy at all. I reached out on Whatsapp number which I found in their emails. This customer service contact said they have order bulk order from India which will reach US on 26th Dec 2024 and then it will be sent to wherever I am locally in US. I do not know what my order number is till date. I do not know what and when they will ship. It appears to be Fraudulent and I am going to Dispute the transaction.
Please read these reviews before ordering from such sites! Lesson learnt 😑

My suggestion is don’t buy with them. I ordered on 4th December. Still I couldn’t receive my order and customer service guys telling all lies to me. They are saying, going to share tracking number from 3 days but still I couldn’t get. Take care with them. I couldn’t believe them. They are not trustable people.

If you are ordering be careful they don’t take responsible if the delivery is misplaced or stolen. It’s been more than a month that I’ve Ordered but received empty package, someone stole it but they haven’t solved my problem asking for refund but they are asking me to claim post office. Thats not part of my delivery option.

Size is inconsistent. Dont waste your time and money

Ordered an outfit on the 9th of November and it never arrived. Customer service never sent out tracking even though i requested it and they said they would forward it over to me. Now apparently I’ve been refunded after them contacting the shipping company at 9pm all lies!

The outfit is very nice. But on top, the division near the chest is way smaller than shown in the picture.

very clever in publishing in return policy to lure folks in but actually don't support.
the size didn't match. so I reached out to exchange/return. every response takes 15 mins. so basically if you have nothing else to do in world, sure you may actually get help. anyway. so I ended up chatting in parts. they were not clear at all in the beginning and they suddenly declared that you have passed the window.
more so they kept asking show the size with tape. how does that make sense.

I will give less than 1 star. The return policy sucks. The quality of product is not good, because i am ordering from other country, return is not allowed. Bullshit

I would give less than one if I could. Ordered on the 11th of September, it’s now 25th of October. The first red flag was when I had to text them to send me a tracking number. The second was when I received notification from USPS about unpaid postage. The third was when they did nothing, even after I showed them the notification. Lastly, I had to text them a demanding explanation. They said, “Yes, we knew about it; we will be reshipping,” in short. (Bad communications). That was on the 18th of October. I’ve heard nothing since. No tracking number or anything. Frustrated, I searched Google for a Trend India review and arrived here; now, I see that I may have been scammed. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt since hurricanes occurred in the US. DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE.

Fraud and disgusting platform I ordered on 16th sep and today is 24th October I still didn't revieve my order. I sent 100 mails and response received It will come in few days. I literally fed up with this and need my order any now. It's not a reliable don't buy anything from trend8a. Refund is next impossible task .

It's q fraud please please everyone don't buy a single product else u will be suffered like me. I ordered on 16th sep today is 25th Oct. I sent 100+ mails getting response from Arti Singh everytime 24 hrs u will get from.last 1 month.please support me so that we can close these fraud platforms and complain against them.

Order recieved with only anarkali kurta with NO dupatta. I would recommend everyone to do a unboxing video. I called customer service and that was the first thing they asked, unfortunately I didn't have one. Very disappointed on the vendors irresponsibility.

The pictures of clothing looks quite polished but the product is of very poor quality. Ordered a saree and when received it actually is just cheap nylon cloth. 😔 waste of money.

If I can give less than one star I will do that. I read all the recent reviews and now realize this company is total fraud and does not fulfill most people's orders. I have placed my order since a month and everytime i contact them they say the same thing, that they have not received the order from their vendor. Today I asked them to initiate a refund, they have now stopped responding. So they wont send you the order, neither will they respond if you ask for a refund. Absolutely disgusting. I will never place an order with them and will recommend the same to friends and family. I will also look into legal ways to get my money back.

Order placed on 27 sep no updates yet when ever I call no one answer they call from home were we can hear all house background noise no service at all don’t buy from this website not at all reliable

I ordered online since it said delivery in 12-15 days. Its been over a month no update. When I tried to reach out to customer service number, those number doesn't exist. Tried sending out email, got automated reply my order will be dispatched in 24hrs, but i don't see any update after that. I'm filing complain with credit card.

Worst company. The order in had put in 4 weeks ago still has no update. I’m not sure if I’ll receive anything from them. I’m going to file a complaint with my credit card company
