While we take care of the standard tax fees during your purchase, customs authorities can sometimes impose additional import duties which are beyond our control. Products are great and arrived ahead of promised date. My only concern is that although I ordered on a .ca site I had to pay duties and taxes after the fact. This needs to be upfront rather than a ‘surprise’ later.
Just to add to this - after reviewing the Trendhim service using the TrustPilot suvery tool, I have received over 100 emails from TrustPilot - something is VERY BROKEN. I am not able to block the unwanted emails. As a result, I would strongly recommend that Canadian customers avoid buying from Trendhim and certainly NEVER RESPOND TO A TRUSTPILOT SURVEY.

I was disappointed that Canada Customs charged me additional $ for import duties and taxes. I reported this to Trendhim and they are acting to reimburse me fully . That warrants a 6 star rating!!!!

Very disappointing experience with…
Very disappointing experience with Trendhim.
I returned an item following their instructions and provided a tracking number. The package stopped being tracked in transit, meaning it will never reach the destination — something that unfortunately can happen with carriers.
Since then, their AI customer service keeps repeating that I will only be refunded once the item arrives, which is impossible. I have explicitly asked to speak with a real person, but I only receive the same automated responses over and over again.
No refund, no human support, no resolution.
I’m posting this to warn future customers:
---- if anything goes wrong with a return or delivery, you may be completely blocked by an AI-only support system, with no way to escalate or get help.
This is extremely frustrating and not acceptable for an online retailer. Think twice before ordering.

Items from PRC (CHINA!), not from Denmark.
Additional Taxes/Tariffs to pay (Was not informed).
Bought the MAMUT watch and 2 Silver bracelets. Was expecting better "DANISH" quality, finishing, and packaging. Also, could not use/apply the advertised cashback (first order were the bracelets then the watch)! Very disappointing.
