Mixed feelings, expected better
The speed of the part being delivered was superb, unfortunately the part that turned up was slightly different to the original, meaning I had to glue the two parts of the t7 fine adjustments together or the lower portion with increments just spun freely.
Also I had emailed through trend UK website about the T7 I purchased around 8 months ago regarding the excessively stiff plunge, I needed to knock it down with clenched fist to get it to move and fine adjustment was solid with no movement until it spun on the shaft due to it being a completely plastic knob with a flat to locate onto shaft, this is the part I purchased and was different to original. I still have problems with the stiff plunge but as I had no reply from email I just paid for the replacement part and have somewhat rectified the plunge to a degree. Quite unhappy to be honest.

Excellent service,I ordered my 260 x 80 x 2.3 blade in the afternoon it was with me by 11.30 am the following morning thanks to D P D. The blade gives a nice clean
cut on pine and also beech, the previous also Trend has given great service but is getting old and in need of sharpening (like me).

Great customer support, help and service
I was looking for a suitable uni base for my old, but little used router. I couldn’t see one that listed my router and contacted technical support, the person who contacted me advised there wasn’t one with my router listed to suit, he asked and I sent my base plate dimensions, plate fixing holes, a day later I was contacted and given a suitable model uninibase, which I ordered and great news it fitted, great help and service.
