Quite simple to get thru the redemption process

They pay very well, sometimes you may have to wait but once your clear to shop bing bam you get the $$$. It would be nice to fine Ann easy way to keep track of my spending and balance.

T-Mobile made a good choice to use "Tremendous" as their reward redemption source. They have an excellent list of redemption options so that there's something for everyone!

I'm writing this review with multiple evidence of this company dishonesty. They were good before, PayPal payment runs smoothly but now all you get is your "payment is delayed" an with no clue on when it will be available, when I chatted them no reply, and this is weeks now. It's unfortunate that a reputable company like tremendous would be so disappointing.

They have started delaying payment to Paypal account, they were not like this before but all of a sudden, they delays your reward, and I am yet to get it for weeks. I can assure you that this is done randomly and intentionally.

UPDATE (10 August 2026)
Following my 1-star review and the escalation of Ticket #1903344, Tremendous customer service reached out and resolved the issue. Because the virtual Visa card was completely unusable on Steam and wouldn't record transaction declines, they offered to exchange the card. I requested a £10 Google Play card instead, which they have now sent to me, and it redeemed successfully.

Still, I gotta recommend that you choose a gift card and not the Visa Prepaid.

I redeemed my hard-earned survey points from Measure Protocol for a £10 Virtual Visa card (Reward ID: 5QRXT4SPPPS). Tremendous lists Steam as an officially supported merchant, yet my transactions were repeatedly declined by the card issuer, both for the full £10.00 amount and a smaller £4.00 backup amount to rule out authorization fees.

When I checked my Tremendous card page to find the decline reason, the transaction history was completely blank, violating Tremendous’s own help centre guide which claims declines will be listed. Even worse, the digital card is highly glitched, randomly flickering my balance between £10.00 and £9.99 for no reason.

Support (Ticket #1903344) has been an absolute joke. The agent clearly copy-pasted a generic script. When I pointed out their errors, they gaslighted me by blaming Steam, asked me for my email address on the active email thread I was replying to, and then dumped me into a "Tier 2" queue with a 2-business-day delay.

I did everything right, followed your billing address rules, and was handed a defective card with broken tracking. Do not give me canned bot responses. Look up Ticket #1903344 and fix my card.

Absolutely useless
I tried to use it on Amazon and got declined. Then when the card was about to expire I kept emailing the folks to give options to use the money and they just Kept replying with an AI - such a filthy way to deal with customers. No human interaction whatsoever. Wasted a lot of gift money on this rubbish platform. The CEO should be jailed for stealing peoples money

Help.at.tremendous.com can never get a human to talk to. It’s always an AI.

Easy to earn and cash out but is not easy to use. I would love store/Amazon card or be able to load amount onto my Amazon account but you cannot do that with these pre-paid cards. Have forgotten to print and use it at store as I cant us it online and may wind up not utilizing this reward

A more premium survey company that rewards you for your time with sensible surveys. Very easy to redeem and very fast delivery of a great selection of gift cards.

The cards are not accepted anywhere. They are worthless. I've tried to use multiple cards I've received from Tremendous in over a dozen stores and they are all declined as invalid.

My reward was very easy to redeem. There were also lots of choices of gift cards to choose for redemption.

Tremendous is the company that handles / processes rewards for members of several different on-line survey communities / groups, and they are amazing at what they do. On the rare occasion that I have an issue with a reward, they are quick to resolve it with zero hassle.

No support, cards cannot be used anywhere, lost money because of them.

Was going alright but they have delayed my payment for almost 24 hours now. Granted I withdrew over 100 dollars in that time but that's not the point I was told instant withdrawals and this is not that.
