Trek expert is very untrustworthy, seem like scam artists

6 november 2024 I ordered two pair OR ferrosi hiking pants for a hike in the first week of december, trek expert said the order would be shipped 15 november at the latest. That did not happen and trek expert did not let me know anything. Only after I asked them I got a message on the 20th of november (from spacefoot) saying they ordered the oackage"package should be on its way again in the coming days". It lasted until the 27th of november until GLS emailed that the package was ordered to them. So not sure what happened at Trek expert between the 6th and the 27th of november. On the 3rd of november I got the message that I could pick up my order, turned out to be a totally different order. I contacted GLS and they told me to contact Trek Expert, because they neede to file claim with GLS Trek expert (spacefoot) denied this at first and told me to contact GLS. After I did this the GLS employee told me, "Trek-expert needs to file a claim and they know it but it seems that they are hoping that you give up". I contacted Trek Expert (spacefoot) again and then sent me a form which I filled in. It's now almost 6 months after I payed Trek Expert 143 euro's and I still havent received my order. And they don't communicate. A very untrustworthy company, it feels like Trek Expert scammed me out of my moneym
