Horrible place to work. 1/3 owners and the manager is aggressive towards employees in the company group chat. If anyone makes a mistake it’s posted with a hostile message in-front of everyone. When they make the mistake it is ignored, any feedback given to them is also ignored. Don't work here, it’s too much stress for a 0 hour contract. They tell you off for not being available for a shift you didn’t know had to be covered. The manager is really unprofessional and will ask you personal questions that shouldn’t be asked. It’s an imbalance of power.

Employees are nice and kind, the room was very fun, friend blamed me for not knowing how to use a lock when he couldnt either
