Very bad service.
First of all the delivery is very very slow. It took them almost a month for this bed to be delivered in Amsterdam.
Then they send a wrong part. I've read in more reviews that this has occurred and I had hoped this issue was fixed but apparently not. If it takes you a month to make and send a bed I stronly advice that someone in your company checks the packages before they are sent away.
It gets worse, today I have called their service number (only avalaible between 9:00 and 15:00) and I had to call 3 times to get the line to work.
1st I received a voice message in polish and enlgish that the number does not exist, secondly a strange tone like the line was taken and on the third attempt it got picked up by an employee of treetale.
This conversation was very strange. I had to ask if this was the company treetale because the only thing this person said was: "Hello?". Then I had to ask him multiple times if he was still on the line because he did not respond at all.
Then finaly he said it seems that they didnt send enough parts and he could do nothing for me, but i had to email treetale. This is also very bad service, why is it not possible for an employee that i speak with to handle this matter.
All and all it seems like treetale has a nice looking website but a very amateuristic organisation behind this thin layer of beautiful pictures and slick looking website.
I hope my problem gets solved very quickly because i have been waiting for ages for the bed and soon our second baby is coming and we need the bed for our oldest kid.
For now I do NOT advice for anyone to order a bed with treetale
