Using grief to make money
Hi, I’d just like to say that using a persons grief for a much loved family member is disrespectful and disgusting. This company offers for a price to plant a tree in memory of our fur babies. I ordered two of the packages which included two tree plantings, certificates and a candle, after ordering they send you the physical stuff, and on the certificate you can scan and see where your tree is planted. I received one not the two ordered, I have sent four emails as there is no phone number to call, and have received no reply. I don’t know if only one tree was planted as I didn’t received the package for the second fur baby so can’t scan to find out. They will reply to this review saying to get in contact with them as they don’t want people to know they are not fulfilling their promise but why does that when they can’t reply anyway. If they want to check the order is #1490. The grief is never going away as my babies have been together for fourteen years and now are separated thanks to them. I find this so disappointing as it makes me
wonder about other companies asking for money to assist animals in need. You have made me doubt people and not trust anyone. Grief is real and you take it and abuse it your disgraceful
