The product is great, there was a slight delay on the delivery after choosing next day (took one extra day to arrive), however the product was good!

Unfortunately, on this occasion, there was a further one-day delay at the Mail Centre following the collection of your parcel before this was processed for onwards delivery, hence it was delivered on the Thursday. The service was fine. The viscose ribbon was flimsier than expected and I may have to re-mark the trees if it doesn’t last long enough.
