I received my first tree as a gift, since then I've already gifted two trees, making two friends happy.
I really like receiving news from my tree and my friend's.
I've also had the chance to contact the customer service for a problem, and they've answered rapidly and kindly.
Excellent service.

I had made a mistake, byuing the trees for my forest, when instead the proper procedure would be viceversa. I had emailed asking if there would be a solution and there was. Via phone call they corrected the procedure and asked not a dime more. Can't beat that.

This is the best way to take care of the Planet and save our future.

It doesn't really matter to me that the trees would have been planted regardless, I think service provides a great way to follow tree life cycle and makes you more aware of the nature preservation.
