My story is similar to the ones already written in this page.
We hired Tree B Aps to renovate our bathroom and they never finished arguing that the subcontractors are the problem while Recail Beckirovski , Mikhail and Tree B ApS keep saying that to every customer.
Money paid in advance, stalling of the project, nothing finished. Basically he stole from us 125k dkk. He always has the option to send the money back if he cannot complete the work but he has never done that, therefore this is called stealing and his practices are a fraud.

Like others affected, it is very difficult as an individual to go against a company due to time and resources, and more if you see that the company is going bankrupt at any point and you will not get any money back.
Recail will stall us much as he can if you go legal against Tree B, and the system allows it. Somehow he is also protected by the Holding company Tree I Aps.

There must be some way how he can start being investigated by his actions seeing that so many people is affected.

While the owner of Tree B was pleasant and accommodating at the beginning of the project to build us a garage, things started turning sour when his sub-contractor walked away from the project claiming non-payment.

After months of empty promises to restart the project where nobody would turn up at agreed times, the owner cancelled our contract claiming cash flow issues. While we had paid an upfront deposit, as per the agreement, we have no evidence of a garage and the company is not responding to our correspondence to refund the money of approximately DKK 75.000.
