Sadly almost two months after the order…
Sadly almost two months after the order was placed my trees are not yet delivered. Sent to the wrong address and then no communication and had to undertake all the chasing. I was surprised as other reviews so positive.

Poor service
Having placed an order in August I was informed there would be a delay. That was ok but then the delay was extended and I was informed that I would be provided an update within 2-3 weeks. Two months later I needed to follow up and my delivery is now expected at the end of January. Hopefully the trees will be better than the customer service.

The challenge with bareroot trees is that they are only available in the planting season.
Healthy even shaped standard
Arrived a little later then hoped when ordered but I wasn’t disappointed on arrival. Really happy with the quality. Well packaged. Healthy even shaped standard. Would order from them again.

A New Experience
This was my first experience of the Tree Shop I liked looking at all of the trees available on line it was very well set out easy to order and to get the prices I ordered three trees which was acknowledged by an email which also told me the delivery date I was kept updated the trees have arrived safely and look to be in perfect condition I will definitely use the tree shop again

Excellent Customer Service
I ordered a tree in October waiting for it to come in stock. I received a phone call and an email stating The Tree Shop would be in touch when it was in stock. As soon as stock arrived I received an email saying it would be dispatched and delivered that week. The tree arrived, well wrapped and on the date stated. Very good customer service and excellent communication regarding the tree ordered. Will use The Tree Shop again.

Ordered some firewood. Really good price, quality ash logs that burn well, not damp and good size. I received notification as to which day they would arrive and I was notified by phone as they left the business premises for delivery. Couldn’t ask for more.

Vegan Logs Perhaps?
Happy with the firewood. The logs were wooden and obviously cut from a tree, what's not to like? Delivered as I asked, no complaints. The logs burn well, giving, flames, glowing embers and little smoke. I suppose they could be individually wrapped with bows, vegan friendly too, but not for me. I would reorder. Steve

Ordered a small monkey puzzle tree as a gift. I received regular updates from the initial purchase , to delivery and afterwards. The tree was wrapped securely and with care. On opening the package was a perfectly healthy and happy tree. Myself and the person who received my gift, were delighted at the quality. I would definitely buy from this company again. Thank you!

I received my Luquid Amber tree a lille…
I received my Luquid Amber tree a litte late however this was put down to my post code!! It was well packaged, a little to well as several of the upper branches were very slightly damaged and starting to wither a bit, however overall I was really pleased with the tree, the extra time taken to deliver ment that the soil in the pot was truly dried out but it seems to be doing well now that it has been in the ground for a few weeks, time will tell.

Firewood
Ordered firewood which arrived promptly, but with no confirmation of delivery time/date. Fortunately as it was lockdown I was at home. Some of the logs were quite damp and most of them were too thick for my fireplace so needed cutting. length was OK at around 9 inches. A friend tried some in a log burner and they were fine due to the higher temperature. Wasn't intending to order from Tree Shop again but they contacted me to say they knew service hadn't been good and said they'd put things in place to ensure logs weren't damp or oversized in future so I'll probably give them another go.

No communication after my order - after several weeks I tried to contact the seller but no response. I eventually received my bare - root trees in mid - April. Some were already in leaf and wilted and they were smaller than the sizes I'd ordered.

We're very sorry to read your review. Having investigated your order we wholeheartedly apologise for the problems you have experienced.
During the lockdown period we were overwhelmed with orders. This led to delays in responding to emails and telephone messages.
Having discussed your order with our head of customer service she explained that your order was dispatched on the 17th March, but unfortunately it was lost by our delivery company DX. We provided a full refund on the 15th April.
We disagree with your comment that we are a scam service, and we hope that you'll understand that the problems arose due to being overwhelmed with orders during lockdown when everybody wanted to buy trees.
We are working hard to improve our customer service for everyone who orders from Tree Shop.
Plants received 6 weeks after ordering
Plants received 6 weeks after ordering; from eigth plants only received three, plants are smaller than in the description; and bad customer service. Not recommended.
