I always leave feeling refreshed, polished and thoroughly spoiled. Lesley is incredibly talented at what she does and genuinely cares about making her clients feel comfortable and happy.

Hard to reach when you need something. Chat is only through the account so if you can’t access your account there’s no alternative way of getting in touch. Phone line doesn’t work.

The treatment was carried out with great care and professionalism, and I was extremely happy with the results. Such a lovely experience, and I would highly recommend their services. A smoother but still strong version:

Absolutely awful app, full of errors. It wouldn’t let me sign in or create an account, and trying to book a simple nail appointment became incredibly frustrating. The app is not user-friendly at all and honestly gave me a headache. Much easier to book elsewhere. I’ve deleted it and wouldn’t recommend it.

I will never book with Treatwell again. I unfortunately prepaid for a service via Treatwell in less than 48 hours at Luxe Beauty (LB). When I tried to check if my appointment could be delayed by 15mins to 1 hour, I received a very rude response from the salon. I then ended up arriving in person for my appointment and the nail stylist was gone and not coming back for the afternoon, the manager was dishonest and said I had cancelled my appointment (when I never did say this on the telephone), then another representative verbally said they would give me a refund for that and my pedicure, and that I should go somewhere else due to the nail stylist dealing with a family/personal emergency then they reneged in emails and refuse to give me a refund. I was also supposed to get a massage with this place but due to how contentious communication had become I no longer felt comfortable. Treatwell has been no help with this matter at all...measly offering a 15% discount on a next treatment when I am out £110.00. I will never book through Treatwell as a consumer again, because we get no protection from Treatwell and they clearly do business with unprofessional organisations.

My advice to all is never pre pay via Treatwell or any app for a service- you many never see your money again. Only pay once the service has been received. A harsh and painful lesson for me during a very difficult week.

I had a wonderful experience with Claire! She was incredibly welcoming and considerate from the beginning. The salon is also a very English-friendly space, which made me feel comfortable.

The hair wash was absolutely amazing, and she patiently listened to what I was looking for. She asked detailed questions and carefully looked at the reference photos I showed her to make sure she understood exactly what I wanted.

Since I have curly hair, finding someone who understands how to work with it is not always easy, so I was especially happy with the result. I’m really pleased with her work and would definitely recommend her.

I booked a manicure and pedicure through Treatwell, but unfortunately I made a mistake with the booking date. As soon as I realised the mistake, I contacted the salon and asked if they could either change the appointment to the correct date or provide a refund. Instead of trying to help, the salon’s communication with me was extremely rude and, at one point, I was even threatened.

Since the booking was made and paid for through Treatwell, I contacted Treatwell customer support hoping that, as the intermediary, they could help resolve the situation. Unfortunately, I received absolutely no meaningful support.

Treatwell simply told me to deal with the salon myself and refused to intervene, even though I explained that the salon was unwilling to cooperate with me. They did not contact the salon on my behalf, did not properly investigate the situation, and did not offer any solution. I even have screenshots of my conversations with Treatwell showing that they explicitly told me to resolve the matter directly with the salon.

The most frustrating part is that I paid for a service that I never received, yet neither the salon nor Treatwell was willing to make any effort to find a reasonable solution. As a customer, I expected Treatwell to at least act as a proper intermediary and investigate the issue rather than simply sending me back to the salon.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with both the lack of customer service and the way my complaint was handled. I would strongly recommend being very careful when booking through Treatwell, because based on my experience, you may be left completely on your own if something goes wrong.

Karen is an excellent beauty therapist. She has a gentle / caring manner, whilst demonstrating a professional knowledge at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend and look forward to my next treatment.

I booked a salon on their website called VIP beauty. I booked in advance in order to have my appointment before holiday. I turned up on the day of my appointment and the salon is completely closed down. Treat well is still allowing bookings with no information of this being the case. Customer service was useless and I won’t be using this website again.
