Terrible quality. I bought an engraved decanter. The glass was smeary despite repeated efforts to clean it. The glass also had small marks within in - almost like very small cracks. The engraving was not straight. Just a massive waste of time, money and materials. What's the point???

I ordered a personalized pocket watch for my husband for our 25th wedding anniversary and was very disappointed in the quality of the product as well as the personalization. The website showed it in silver on the silver watch, but it came with gold writing. Also I received it with no battery or instructions. Now I will have to order another watch which won’t be on time for my anniversary.

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from Treat Republic. I ordered a sundial with a personalized engraving, but it arrived without the requested engraving—no explanation provided. To make matters worse, the sundial itself was damaged, with scratches on the face and poor overall quality.
I have tried to contact Treat Republic to resolve the issue, but I have received no response. Attempts to return the item were unsuccessful, as the product is marked as “non-returnable.” As a result, I have paid £65 for a damaged, unusable gift.
The lack of customer service and the poor quality of the item make this an unacceptable experience. I strongly advise others to avoid this seller. I will now attempt to secure a refund through PayPal as my last resort.
