I have had a bunion for many years. Buying shoes has always been a nightmare! I took a chance and purchased the bunion corrector. I've been using it nearly every day for the past few weeks and I can see improvement! It's easy to use and is painless unless you tighten it more!

Early days but I am optimistic that this tool can help me correct my severe right foot bunion. In the first week, it is stretching gently the ligaments(?) that pull the big toe so far out of alignment. Want to avoid surgery as left foot did not resolve after months of recovery!

Broken ratchet knob
Have been sent one with a broken knob, which barely tightens, won’t lock and pulls loose immediately. Have provided endless videos of this, as requested, by Mel at Treatmedy. It’s clearly broken but she will not send me a replacement or a refund, just suggests more troubleshooting advice. Complete con.

The relief is priceless
The relief is priceless! My bunions are bad and the relief I feel when wearing this cannot be described. The constant pain is instantly relieved wearing this bunion strap. I can’t fault it! Great quality too. Really well made. I even walk around with it! 🙌

I’m using Treatmedy as preventative care
I’m using Treatmedy as preventative care because I’m in my late 20s with bunions and I don’t want to suffer from bunion discomfort or pain when I grow elderly. So far I’ve seen shocking results and I’m happy to know I have this tool to help sustain my feet health. Though my current needs are cosmetic (I’d prefer to not have bunions on my feet vs experiencing significant issues) I’d recommend this product to anyone curious.

Best purchase ever!
I have had 2 surgeries on my foot in the last year. The first one was 5 procedures including a bunion repair. It failed and I have had nothing but pain since. It felt like when I walked on it that the bone was turned the wrong way and was very painful. I have been wearing the Treatmedy Bunion Repair for about 5 weeks now and it is getting so much better. I can actually walk barefoot without pain. It was worth the money and I would not hesitate to purchase again.

velcro fastening strap around foot doesn’t fasten
The velcro fastening strap around the foot does not grip. The hook part has been fastened on the wrong way round. I want a return label and my money back please as advertised if it doesn’t work

I requested a refund and was told I can…
I requested a refund and was told I can return the items but I would have to pay the shipping costs, and was also offered a 30% credit if I chose to keep the items instead. I replied saying I wanted to proceed with the return. I was again offered the 30% discount to keep the items, but was not provided the return address, nor the return instructions. I have tried two more times since, but still no response.

I am using the treat remedy bunion…
I am using the treat remedy bunion corrector and so far I am loving it. It is comfortable and easy to use, and as it is stretching and pulling my big toe to the side to straighten it, it feels like such a great stretch and I can tell that my foot really needs and wants to be in this position. I also love how forces me to sit down for 30 minutes! I’m excited to see the improve improvements with continued inconsistent use!!
