Scam center!!! Do not use this company for anything and if you are waiting for a refund then you are wasting your time. We have been waiting for 18 months for our refund and the company is impossible to contact

I would give them less than 1 star if I could.

I booked through Travizgo and was promised a refund in December 2024. It's now April 2025, and I still have not received the refund of 46,557 THB, despite repeated follow-ups, official complaints, and assurances from the company.

They sent out an official press release that they would refund the money on February 28 to the multitudes of people they stole from. When that didn't happen, they told OCPB (Thailand's consumer protection agency) they would refund by mid-March. Now, they say it’s "in the queue." Despite nearly 50 emails from me, I have received only 3 responses over the past several months.

This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I would not recommend using Travizgo. Their customer service is unprofessional, unresponsive, and unreliable. I hope this review saves others from going through the same.

Scammed me for 2000 usd by not issuing the tickets and not refunding the money. Stopped replying any messages by email and Line. Many people got the same problem .

Scammer! Run away — many people have suffered after buying travel tickets from this website.

I travelled quite frequently and travizgo is the only provider that i STRONGLY ADVISED TO NOT USE.

I booked a flight from Thailand to France and Travizgo simply cancelled and kept the money.

For the sake of your money, stay away from Travizgo

I booked a flight from them and needed to cancel when my sister unexpectedly died and I had to go back to the states early. I had flight insurance and was told I would receive a refund within 180 days. No refund and no way to contact them. I have tried via Line, Facebook, calling them, email and no response. They owe me nearly $1,500.

Do not book with this company. I booked a business class ticket and wanted to change the name on it as I wouldn’t be using it. I was happy to pay to change the name however they said no. I requested a refund and they said it will take 120-190 business days that’s 9 months. When I contacted the airline and checked their policy they refund within 14 business days. I have since tried to contact them multiple times and they are not responding to my email requests. This is a dishonest company who steal your money

Don't. These guys are not legit.
They take your money and then cancel the flight.
I have reported them to the Thai Tourist Authority.
Hopefully they do something.
You'll never see the refund.

I have a friend still waiting after 9mths.

Unfortunately had to cancel my flight.
It has now been over 7 MONTHS and still have not received my refund after various promises and excuses!
The company is extremely hard to contact my phone and they very seldom return any emails. I would definitely not recommend this agency to anyone. Rather book directly with airline.
Disappointing !!!

We booked and paid for 3 Business class Tickets, 2 weeks later we been informed that this flight has no Business class, and We should use Economy class, vs Refund and buy new ticket.
For refund, they offered to send cash to my Bank account, asked copy of Bank Book and Passport,
That I sent, Since than No money was returned, they never answer any e mails i been sending , and Of course Phone can never get to talk with anyone but machine.

I had the same experience as the other reviewer. Hopefully, he paid by credit card as if I don't get my refund within a reasonable period, I will be certainly be contacting mine.

The company took my money and did not issue my tickets. 10 days later I got an email from them asking to fill out a refund form. I lost time and my money hasn't been refunded yet. The flights for my dates are now 30% more expensive. I am marking this company as scam and will update my review once my money returns to my bank account.
