Like other reviewers, I got a text message about making a travel claim delay. I am concerned that somehow my data, phone number and that I was on a flight that was delayed, has been illegally obtained.

A difficult process was simplified with TravelWIse. I didn't know I could obtain compensation when my flight was delayed for more than three hours. Everything was taken care of by TravelWIse, including paperwork and airline correspondence. It took me a few months to get my money back. Very happy with the work they did!

Overall, My trip with TravelWIse was enjoyable. Even though it took longer than anticipated for me to file a claim for reimbursement for my delayed flight, the company eventually provided to promised service. Although there should have been more communication, their staff was courteous and answered all the question.

My Wizz air flight was delayed last week, and out of the blue I get a message from Travelwiseway. I bought the ticket directly from Wizz air and never gave a consent to share my details. Very suspicious

I was skeptical at first, but TravelWise exceeded my expectations. My claim took longer than anticipated, but their team kept me updated throughout. I received compensation for a canceled flight without much hassle. Great service for travelers!

Data breach? Phishing? Scam? All very likely. How did they know I had a cancelled flight when I've only/already dealt with my airline direct.

Never dealt with these people before and somehow they are aware of my British Airways cancelled flight and have my phone number? British airways allegedly say that they “did not share my information outside of operational requirements” - so how did this company get my details? I have only dealt directly with the airlines and no third parties. Something very fishy.

100% buying leads direct from someone at Tui or onthebeach, this is a new number and no one really has it apart from them. They were correct in the fact that my flight was delayed but how did they get my information? GDPR breach at its finest! Someone should investigate.

I just received a text message from this company after my flight being cancelled by TUI. Have no idea how they have accessed my data but this seems like a breach!

Received a text message out of the blue from these people. I am sure my details have been obtained from wizzair in illegal way as I have given no consent for my data to be shared in such a way.

Recently my Ryanair flight was delayed. A couple days after I flew back home this company texts me a link out of the blue.

I don’t know how they got hold of my information but it is very suspicious and I never provided any consent to be contacted in this way. Shady company.

Absolute scam. Text marketing without permission or opt out.

I have never been in touch with this company yet they have just texted me - how did they get my number? Will never use a company that does this sort of thing.

Unsolicited spam. Delete my details from your database

I recently used this service after a frustrating delay. The process was smooth, and support team handled everything efficiently. Although it took some time to receive the compensation, the outcome was satisfactory. Overall, solid service.

Got sent a message soon after my trio. Seems like a random trawling text. How did they get my phone details. Beware!

The text is a bit random, so if you are not sure, simply don't open the link. These people prey on these situations and they don't do it for nothing!
