Good customer service

Just rented a router from this company when I had no Internet as moved house. Quick delivery of first router but I had some issues setting it up. I'm not the most technically minded but followed the instructions and still no luck. Spoke to customer services and thought the problem was solved but turned out I was using my phone date as the router was actually faulty!!
Spoke to customer services again and they immediately sent a replacement and also gave me a refund for the days I hadn't been able to use it. Not an ideal situation but very happy with the way it was handled
