I booked airport transfers with this company in October 2014 for a group of us to be picked up at Girona Airport and taken to Lloret de Mar. They did not turn up but following e-mails apologised and agreed to pick us up for the return journey. The e-mails were with a company called Transport (2).com who have taken over Travelugo/Holidayugo. I have an e-mail telling me that Transport (2) took over Travelugo They failed to pick us up at 5am and we had to find taxis.
Since then I've had a protracted claim with Transport (2) Uk And their accountants who claim that there is no funds to repay my claim. I would recommend anyone considering booking an airport transfer with these companies to stay well clear. You will be throwing money down the drain.

Booked Travelugo, got to my destination and had no transfer waiting for me and my partner. When I called the emergency contact number the line was dead. They stole my money and when I call their parent company transport2 they don't want to know. Complete and utter con people who steal your money and ruin your holiday. Stay away if you have sense. Trying to get refund but think that's going to be hard work!

Holiday u go Transfers are the worst ever!!!! Customer service is no exist!!!! when ringing up to change a transfer, talking to a answer machine not a person!!! They don't reply to emails !!!!! DON'T GO WITH HOLIDAY U GO THEY MIGHT CHEAP BUT DON'T TURN UP AT ARPORT OR HOTEL !!!! GO ELSE WHERE !!!!!!!!

Booked a shuttle transfer with this company for the first time for our transfers into Benidorm and return as the price was competitive, they were an agent for Resort Care & Destination Services, we re-confirmed our return journey with Resort Care & Destination Services as requested but the transfer didn't stop for us, we were left stranded in Benidorm with 2 very young children at night, when we phoned Resort Care & Destination Services emergency number we were told that the transfer had been cancelled as they hadn't received payment from the agent Travelugo!! We hadn't even received a text or email to advise. Very bad situation and very poor customer service from Resort Care & Destination Services as they didn't honour the return transfer.
