We applied for a UAE tourist visa as Nepalese citizens through traveluae.ae and the entire experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating.

They wasted three full weeks asking for documents one by one instead of providing a complete and clear list from the beginning. Every few days, they would send a WhatsApp message asking for a new document and if we had any questions, they would take 3–4 days to reply. The communication was very slow, unprofessional and poorly managed.

Despite submitting everything they asked for, no visa was granted, which eventually forced us to cancel our flights, causing financial loss and unnecessary stress. They failed to provide proper guidance or updated document requirements, especially after the Nepal Gen Z protests, which directly affected visa processing.

What makes this even more concerning is that their 5-star reviews seem unrealistic and doubtful, considering the level of service we experienced.

Overall, this service feels misleading and unreliable. Poor communication, lack of proper guidance and complete waste of time. I would not recommend traveluae.ae to anyone.
